Well, she does not look like any 49 year old I have met, but there is something to be said about living a life with lots of money and the peace of mind that brings. Good for her.
We all get old and there is no denying it. Rich or poor we all get old. lol

Wasn't a real fan of Martha until she did her time for a "crime' that the Good Old Boys Club gets away with all the time.

I love Martha, she does not look 45, the lady does look like she is on mid 70's, but we must remember she eats healthy, exercises daily, under the knife here and there, a few filters, they know they stuff, she has the money and why not, end of day she is happy, I am happy for her, loved her then, love her still, all the best and stay blessed, also love your cooking, I am your biggest fan.

I sure admire Martha Stewart! Self-made successful business woman, mother and friend to her circle of business and cultural and civic friends plus probably life-long pals. Her late parents raised that woman right. Organic vegetables and fruits, mental education and training, good social circle and exercise. Excellent cook and a real role model in my opinion.

What is true, that being active,
eating great ( which can be also very very expensive!) , juicing,
keeping your mind constantly busy and have an active social life is essential for longevity and healthier elderly years.
But we cannot forget the facts, how much Martha has in hand to make it easier and more achievable-

I have enjoyed some of Martha’s cooking and lifestyle books. She was pretty. However I saw a bit of her in a video in her garden where she couldn’t walk well and had to lean against a fence. I know, I have old knees too.

I wish there was a way to see her old Everyday Food cooking shows from the mid 2000s originally aired on PBS. The Dabl network ran them for a season or two then they disappeared.

I'm not being arrogant but last time I had a cold or flu was 1997! I thought I'd die with that respiratory flu that year! I never take a flu shot. Never took covid jab. I quit smoking 2 packs of smokes 3 years ago after smoking 25 years! I quit cold turkey. It's a gift from God because I'm overweight and don't exercise. I drink lots of water and a few cups of coffee a day

It is difficult or impossible to know how old someone really looks now because of all the surgical procedures available. I start my day with a green drink, but rather than extract the juice I blitz whole fruit and veg because I want the fibre.

most people would become indigestive attempting to drink such brews especially on empty stomach.and should as they age. All robust health starts in gut but downing some concoction like this is over the top. I don't necessarily believe she does this but kudos to her; looks quite good and after a life of exposure to great food and likely good genetics this should be no surprise Eating this healthfully today is really at the bottom of elite privilege I started noticing this in NYC in the late 70.as I was and still am able to identify a wealthy individual from the condition of their skin.
