Today is day 6 for me. I decided to start the carnivore because I stepped on the scale out of curiosity and instantly got sick to my stomach. I started my journey at 309lbs. Today i weighed in at 293lbs. I will tell you today has been the toughest day thus far. The cravings have been terrible and my I’m honestly tired of the meat, but I’ve been getting better sleep i feel alive when i wake up so I’m going to keep pushing on! I’m glad i stumbled across your channel good luck!
You've got this!! that's amazing!! When the scale changes the first digit changes to a lower number, it's so encouraging. You've got this! There's definitely days where it's harder in the beginning. But after about 2-3 weeks, with zero cheats, no sugar substitutes and staying below5-10 net carbs (eggs have about .7 net carbs each so it counts still), you find this joy in the diet. It almost feels natural lol. Just stick to it. I pray you have better discipline than I do. I'm rooting for you! And thank you so much for coming by!
A very nice episode! Stay consistent as much as possible. Thank you for your honesty! In my opinion, you are experiencing the gut biome change - it is normal. They called it the die-off effect - some bacteria is dying and your body is removing it. I had many such episodes in my journey as carnivore. We are with you and we are watching!!! 😁🤗🤗🤗 Keep doing!!!
THANK YOU!! Honestly, it's the comments like this that remind me why I started my channel and to not give up when it gets hard or I start to fear judgment. Thank you so much!
It was the electrolytes. Magnesium can be a laxative, and I later realized I actually had 4 servings and forgot until the next day. I just over did it. So I'll be more mindful moving forward.

Yep magnesium is definitely a laxative. Thank you for sharing your journey, it’s very helpful in my journey. ❤
