I had a 997 Porsche back in period. At idle and slow speed it used clatter, shake, bang and wobble. But, when you got it warmed and up to some speed, well it came together and sang. I loved all the different experiences of that car. V4S = exactly the same. You live the raw experience. Dream bike...... Someday.....
@@MoremoneythansenseV4 Negative. It will do it in gear with the clutch pulled in. If you're referring to the sound change when in neutral vs when you kick it into 1st? That's the exhaust servo valve.
I prefer the under tail exhaust to ones that stick out. Unfortunately, they won’t sell you one without a cat in it. Even the 7k dollar full titanium version they sell has the cat 🤦🏽♂️ That said, I ended up getting an exhaust that sticks out because the thing sounded like a sewing machine. Btw, the shakes are significantly reduced by a tune. Mine is smooth AF when rolling at idle speeds. No more of that weird lumpy feeling you get at slow speeds.
😂🤣 WTAF! This is exactly how NOT to ride a SFV4S. You didn’t use the quick shifter and auto blipper once! You have a lot to learn about Ducati my friend!

Why are you not using the quick up/down shifter?
@@marko_s1000r didn’t really get out of first gear. Also was unsure it was set on
6:55 that non smoothness is the rear cylinder deactivation.
Rear cylinder deactivation is only in neutral. I have this exact bike.

My gosh man it's got a quick shifter on it bang that gear lever. Riding around in first gear is not a good test

@@CRB81 exactly. Very first ride on one. But now really really want one
Learn how to change gears bro.
@@davidday8692 why
I’ve one. You don’t need to often, you’ve 16k rpm on the dash. You’re going well over any speed limit in first even 😅
@@markholmes5695 Cool story bro.
@@davidday8692 just facts , ‘bro’.
you do know there is a quick shifter and blipper on the SFV4S ? you would enjoy it so much more if you use them , i know i do on mine lol
@@millermanffwd did not at the time.
@ hope you try it again and use it absolute weapon that bike 👍
You should review a 208hp bike and never shift from 1st 🙄
