I would add, cleaning the pipes with IPA after finishing the installation to remove grease and moisture from the hands. It can burn on the pipe and leave a nasty mark (a bit like when you melt your shoe/plastic on the pipe). Excellent, detailed installation and the bike has awesome sound at the end :)
this video was super helpful with removing the factory exhaust, but don't get it twisted... it is a BITCH and a half to remove. The hidden hanger shown at 4:33 I used a phillips screwdriver + rubber mallet, and had to smash the bushing and rubber grommets back towards the rear of the bike, bending the mount that's welded to the exhaust in the process. The only other way to free this mount would be to remove the entire clutch-side rearset to remove that mount, but you need the bike on a lift or something because it can't be on the kick stand. Spraying WD-40 on all the hanger connections also helped a lot. From here, I had to completely free the connection to the rear headers before I could even get the underside (front headers) connection to budge at all. Basically just get a rubber mallet and beat the living hell out of it until it's free, and once you get the top one completely free, and the hidden mount bashed in, it will come off fairly easy. Also good luck doing this and keeping the stock muffler in tact, mine was completely mangled and disfigured when I finally got this hideous mass removed 😅 good luck!
I wish I could hear this in person, just got a 2024 and just for the looks I’d like to have this exhaust on, but the stock one is already a bit too loud and I’m not a fan of loud noise. Does this thing get annoying on long rides? You made this install look easy. Great job at showing how it’s done.
Cracking video as usual, Would you guys know what the difference is between the 21-22 model and the 2023 models original exhaust silencer? I’m struggling to find this information but I seen the 2 has different parts numbers
Nice. Would love to have seen three DB readings as well: before, with baffle and without baffle. We have noise restrictions at UK/EU circuits, so it’s good to know these numbers.
That would be ideal to do, however every track has their dB reading from a different distance which also makes it very hard to make such data usable for everyone.
haha! Yes this Arrow is very fitting to these bikes! Great quality and amazing sound without breaking the bank. Also fairly easy to install as demonstrated!
Like it! Will buy it but I have an issue. Have you seen the blueing of this exhaust? I think it does not look good at all from some photos I ve seen. Looks rusty and old compared to the Akra. Would you recommend the steel one instead?
To be honest the Arrow gets a nicer blue color than any other exhausts we’ve seen. Both this and Akra are great. Never seen one resemble anything like rust though. Rust is more brown/orange color. If you want to keep it simple the stainless is the way to go.
@@Motomillion I prefer the sound of the Arrow for sure 100% but I am disappointed from it's blue. Maybe it's because I haven't seen it in person. If you could send me some photos of it when it gets blue it would be very helpful!
Hi Manny. Did you need to remove the lambda probe? I fit an arrow and an upmap and my engine check light wouldn't go off. Also did you remove the servo and just leave the cable there?
hey, guys. quick question. do you need an ECU flash for the bike to work properly after the swap? also, would it require an air filter upgrade or you can run this slip on with an OEM air filter? thank you.
@@Motomillion The majority of the users said that the UpMap is not the best ECU for Arrow, that it messes the bike after installation, and many were very disappointed by it. What is your experience with it? Do you know any worthy alternatives?
There are several Ducati Dealerships in Texas that have told me they will not install an exhaust on my V4 unless it is an Akrapovic and if I install another brand they will not service it. 🤦🏻♂️ any input please?
Set your camera setting for "Focus Area" to "Center". It will eliminate a lot of this focus trouble. Honestly was a little hard to watch, love your videos tho!

Probably the best sounding exhaust for the streetfighter
It sure is on the top of the list!
It’s stupidly loud 😂

Yes! Great tips that we must have missed mentioning in the video! Always clean the pipes before starting the bike 👍
Thank you so much for this extremely well made exhaust fit vid 👍💫
My pleasure!
I just amazed to see, How every inch of the bike even inside is soo clean!!!!!
One of the best install video. Beginners can do this well by watching this video, Good job
You know it's gonna sound nice when it's Manny from motomillion.
Manny is one class act. Great job bud!
Thank you!
Such a huge operation just for an exhaust!
It is not too bad, if it was a full exhaust, the radiator, the rear subframe and the tank would have to be removed too!
I'm inlove wtih this bike. Sound check is pretty louder and pretty good to my hearing taste.
I like the sound and you showed the way of installation is awesome sir.
Great things learning from you is an lesson for us sir.
Thanks 👍
Just ordered mine...can't wait!....
Supreme Quality. 🎯

thanks for the help with the installation!

Some sound while the bike is on the move giving it the beans with the new exhaust would have been brilliant.

Not legal in EU/UK anyway because no KAT
Always my favorite Ducati v4 + Arrow exhaust
Love the sound bro 💯⚡🤟🦾
Good video, how hp increase with this exhaust???
only reason i subscribed is you called it DB-killer, not a baffle
When I get my exhaust, DB killers are the 1st to go when the box is open😆
That bike with that pipe you need the Db in 😂😂
it is poetry!
Good mechanic
I bet your neighbors love you lol. Great job!
Thank God I will buy one for myself
4 in two 1 exhaust lest'go
Can you take the DB Killers out before installing the mufflers?
I got the C clip off but the baffle wont budge!…im just bending the baffle edge trying to wiggle it out!…
Use a slide hammer. They are often pretty tight.
Mani, you missed the spot in my garage to put this beautiful machine! LOL
This Arrow is just perfect!

no Problem with Engine Check in Light coming up??
Hello! I have questions
Do I need to install an upmap? And how long will that take?
Quick question, what happened to the lower chain guard? Were you able to install it back?
With the exhaust systems, the lower chain guard is removed.
@@Motomillion any options? I am spraying grease on the muffler... :(
Hi Manny. Did you need to remove the lambda probe? I fit an arrow and an upmap and my engine check light wouldn't go off. Also did you remove the servo and just leave the cable there?
Are you sure the map is installed?
The servo was removed. Lambda probes are removed.
Do you have to start up the bike before installing the upmap? Or first install Upmap then start the bike for the first time?
First install and then start. Check out our upmap instructional video.
hey, guys. quick question. do you need an ECU flash for the bike to work properly after the swap? also, would it require an air filter upgrade or you can run this slip on with an OEM air filter? thank you.
It is advised to at least run the T800 UpMap with it. The UpMap is optimezed for the P08 filter.

and the bike of course

Can you remove the rear wheel without taking the exhaust off? Like the Akra?
Yes of course.
@@Motomillion That's awesome!Thanks 👍
Is the muffler underneath not blowing hot air right at the rear tyre 😅
It may look like it on the video, but the muffler is not nearly close to blowing anything towards the tire.

Horrible to hear dealers playing games. It is absolutely unwarranted.
Hey man. The akropvic are the preferred exhaust brand for ducati so they cover warranty etc.
Why did you select Arrow over some of the others?
Performance and high quality at an affordable price!
Salut petite question, est-on obligé d’injecter une cartographie avec la demi ligne arrow Si oui quelle cartographie as-tu injecté ? Merci à toi
We used the Arrow map.

You recommend baffles or no baffles?…
It's personal preference on how loud you desire it to be. The baffles do not affect the power

In the free world.
I don’t know if i like the second exhaust, it is like thy didn’t know where to put the exhausts
It is equal length runners, so that is why it looks asymmetrical.
Is that the new longer version or the original?
All the ones we now have are the new longer version with part numbers 71162PK and 71161PK.

No full system, no big gains in power for the amount of installation time required.
