Best yoga video encountered. I've been doing yoga for years, although as an amateur, and studying and practicing mindfulness practice. This stands out above the crowd as all the many comments already said below. I practice this several times a week, to the point that it's become a memory routine for me, which I'm thankful for. Many yoga lessons are treated as cardio and don't give thought to the purpose, or slow mindful progress, or connection to and cultivation of the mind-body. Thank you for your gift.

This was great, thanks, I been tryin to find out about "what are the levels in yoga?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Fiyaniel Phrenic Finder - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now )?
It is a smashing one off product for discovering how to use yoga to get the best booty and body without the hard work. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my friend got great success with it.

This is the first yoga video I've ever encountered about 10 years ago and I still have not found a routine I've liked more. If it wasn't for this, I'm not sure if I've been into yoga like I am now. It has helped me in my younger years playing soccer (football) and also to be more calm if I practiced enough. Shame that this type of practice didn't carry on to more videos of the like, but it is absolutely legendary and I always come back to it after countless other videos online. Cheers.

Been doing this for years after getting it from their old site after herniating a disc joint. Even got a lovely welcome as I was all the way from the UK. Funnily enough ended up living in NZ a couple of years later. I've always rated this video after looking at loads of others to see how to manage my back. The pace here is not manic, the poses and duration really strengthen muscle while stretching sensibly, not trying to do crazy moves because just because the teacher can. It has been wonderfully helpful to me over the years and although I am still on this, not an advanced contortionist (as they seem to stiff jointed me), it keeps my skeleton healthy to live. Well done guys.

It incorporates common poses, calming, thorough instruction, the philosophy of yoga and importance of the breath, and lovely music, narration, and video to set the mood. This is what yoga is about. Wonderful resource for those who want to do yoga at home. Thank you so much. I hope there is an intermediate class I can take, too.

There are hundreds of yoga videos for beginners out there on RUclips, but for lots of reasons, this one is the best of its kind.
Out of desperation I started looking for a good quality professional video to help me to recover from a cycling injury 4 years before, having already had hydrotherapy, massages, strong medicines etc for long periods. Finally I stumbled upon this video by Al and Greg and I felt an almost immediate benefit. 2 years later I'm still using this video every week and the benefit to the core muscles continues. I also discovered through this video how mentally relaxing yoga can be.
For me personally, even though this video hasn't cured me of my permanent injury or eradicated the chronic symptoms, it has allowed me to return to a much more normal way of life which other recovery methods and videos had never been able to do for me. By the way, don't wait until you have an injury - watch it now and with a little discipline and patience you will see good results quickly! I highly recommend it. Many thanks to Greg and Al, and good luck!

Hey Tricia cycling yoga is a good idea, not only can it get difficult doing the same thing, doing it for 2 long can cause imbalances. Hence why I built the Yogasync system you can pretty much be doing a slightly different class each day. This class beginner class can be built and you can evolve it every time. I am going off RUclips for yoga at its total existence is based around trying to distract you to click an ad, not to focus on the yoga at hand. I am happy to steer you at yogasync.

Hey Laura Thanks we tried to get the basic in there. There is also so much left out. With any Yoga it is an evolving process. Check out www.yogasync.tv that is the evolution of this video.

Thank you, so kind of you to upload such detailed and clear explanation. Even a beginner and "constantly lost" person like me can understand follow the instructions and demo without much problem.
Once again, a BIG thank you!

Thanks Izzy. Yes every yoga class is like that "blue gradual drop in the water," Life is like that we can move forward slowly or go now where. Even less desirable we go backwards. I am glad you appreciate the effort.

Thanks Ivan . We don't actually teach yoga physically at the moment. I am putting all my effort into Yogasync.TV . Its sort of like a video that evolves with you.

    Great video.
I am looking to learn yoga techniques and this is the best video I have seen.
Fantastic idea using 2 people to demonstrate the techniques from 2 angles.
The instruction is both clear and concise.
    Excellent!

Прекрасная программа, как для новичков так и для длительно практикующих. Нашел случайно, но рад этому! Замечательно!!! Новая Зеландия на высоте! Спасибо.

I love this video because it is produced in such a relaxing way. It gets you to get into the positions at the correct pace and how to use each part of the muscle during the pose. Other videos tend to rush the poses. I would like to say this was the first yoga video that has shown how yoga is suppose to help you out!
    Thanks Free Yoga Videos

I so appreciate you sharing the class on video. I have given up going to the gym and your video will be useful as I do yoga at home instead

Hey Konstantinos were both playing professional volleyball at the time and Yoga was part of our training. We were doing plyometrics and weights You could build a very good body with just yoga but certainly not if you are a beginner, It does take a few years to understand how to use yoga in this way. Doing some weights SENSIBLY can help life. I would never do it without an understanding yoga gives you of body movement as weights alone can cause some body issues.
