I have the South African version of your Nissan. Mine is powered by the super powerful and reliable YD25 diesel engine. I also looked at the Ford, Toyota and Mitsubishi but decided on Nissan purely on price and also just as good as the other makes. I've had mine for 4 years now and done 120k km. About 70k miles with absolutely zero problems. Mine has done an extensive trip through the roughest parts of Botswana and South Africa. It always returns home without even a rattle. I also did a lift and run 285/70/16 tyres. It has no effect on the pulling power at all. There are also many 4.0 lit V6 Navara's running here. Good luck and enjoy your Nissan.
I wanted a pro 4x but unfortunately in the US they dont sell a long bed version here i had to at least have a 6ft bed so i got a sv. But i threw a arb rear locker on it and a ado Bilstein 5100 lift kit with some 33in tires with new rims. Its been a great truck takes me anywhere i need to go.
very nice explanation. I recently traded in my Titan for a Frontier and was looking to get an overland system for the truck, You gave a lot of information I needed help make an informed decision. Thanks!!
Great content friend. I have a tip, do not use air compressors in cigarette lighters. Cut the end off and get some alligator clamps and a fuse holder then hook directly to battery. The lighter circuit fuse my blow after prolonged use.
Great little truck. Do all the scheduled maintenance and it'll go to 300k miles. I had the 2006 R51. Same thing as the truck, just the wagon/suv version. One of my favorite vehicles I've had. Mid-size vehicles are great! I'll be purchasing a Frontier for my business/daily vehicle.

Nice setup. I would like something similar on my 2023 S trim. Congratulations
Dude, I have been hunting for an overland channel for a Frontier Pro-4x for months!
Glad you found this channel! Still very fresh, but we'll keep posting videos regularly :)
Hard to find em ay?
@@Sergiop4x very good indeed
The frontier was a very wise choice. I can’t wait to get my roof top tent

That's a great idea! Will try!
Should have listened to your advice... Power socket literally went up in smoke last weekend and burned out when airing up again.
@@mitchkman good topic for a video
I want your kitten... most useful information, and love you took the time to do this, learned a lot? Be safe and thank you
If you want her, just heads up, she loses a TON of hair! But other than that, we love her. Thx for the kind words!

Nice work and good luck! Just subscribed.
Thanks! :)
