Sensors on the back is not measuring HR and Spo2, an is not acknowledging that it is on my wrist. Dead out of the box. Tried everything that mobvoi forums suggest.
I have been using this watch for two months but never experienced such problem. Step counter works on pedometer. Even of you move your hand while in sitting position, the step count increases. You will have the same experience in other smart watches, including apple watch. I am happy with TicWatch Pro 3.
Switch to shipmode by boot reset (two buttons together for 10s) then select shipmode then submit by power. then watch is shut down to ship mode and you can start again by power button. IT HELP to me at all !!!!!
Same for me, bought one from Amazon and the sensors are not working, got a replacement watch sent to me and again the sensors on the replacement are not working either. Sending back, getting money back.
its due to water getting into the watch circuits. I stopped showering with the watch on and everything went back to normal after a few weeks. as per the usual, Mobvoi denied service.

I am having issues with mine too. It no longer counts steps or displaying correct heart beat

I just realized it today, after checking compass.
LCD stopped working after 3 hours. Am returning the watch!
I did complete factory reset multiple time with no luck. I ended up returning my watch and then i bought a galaxy watch3 instead.

I bought this from Amazon Warehouse. Same problem and it could't calibrate the wrist off. Returned.
I have mine for three months now and all functions and all sensors work well.
dot wash your watch ,dont let watch drown in salty water, clean your sensors
After 10 days of using this watch all sensors stopped working
Mine did stop also. Sensors are not working anymore, getting the same message when trying to measure BPMs like you.

My Ticwatch pro 3 ultra sensors stopped working after 20 months. No UK repair service or spare parts. Will buy Samsung next time.
