I started counting calories and will not pick up a snack if it has more than 140 calories. Also swapped out a daily latte for home brew coffee with splenda and half and half. Both cut my calorie intake down significantly. Down 60lbs this year. =)

Rose Lui pizza is not unhealthy if you do not eat too much of it at one time. Some people eat the entire pizza. Some have 1 or 2 slices and are fine. And having vegetable pizza is far healthier than having pepperoni and greasy sausage on it! It is the grease and oils and cheese that makes some pizza less healthy, not the fact that it’s pizza. Eating once a day makes you lose weight because you’re not adding other calories and nutrients in your body. Eating so little is what models or idols do to lose weight. It’s unhealthy and once you stop eating once a day you’ll get sick and have an uneven completion. Eating normally three times a day while working out excessively/everyday will give your body the right amount of nutrients while shaping and toning your body. If you also sleep well everyday 6-8 hours will help body fluctuation and hormones.
I think one of the easiest ways to lose weight is the find an exercise activity that you have a passion for. It no longer becomes work to try to do it.
i work out hard for 30 minutes every day, burning around 1,000 calories throughout, Iv'e always had issues with weight and I'm finally making the changes. :)

I barely drink cola at all anymore. I used to sleep worse because the amount of sugar gave me the usual rush and my parents told me I could only drink it in the weekends, which I barely did. I didn't know that about bottled water either but it makes sense that plastic bottles are made from harmful things which seep into the water. I also read that if you leave your water in hot car do Not drink it because it intensifies the chemicals in the plastic. However, I did Not know you could gain weight from it. Very interesting information.
My new years resolution was to cut pop out as much as possible. I can count how many times I've had pop this year on one hand. I've consistently kept off 5 - 10 pounds. Now I'm trying a mostly whole food Mediterranean diet. I've been doing it for a month and have lost almost 10 pounds. But I'm still in the process of figuring out what makes me gain weight. I suspect rice and beans make me gain weight but I need to experiment more to know for sure. And if you want to eat healthier, don't have any bad food at home. Why have the temptation? There are healthy ways to have sweets. Also, allow yourself to have a treat once in a while. But that needs to be like once every two weeks to once a month.
So this leaves so many question. If not from a bottle then what? Pour it into a cup, drink filtered or tap? It just says don't with no suggestion on alternatives. The part about the fats that gather in certain places. Where does it come from? How is it developed? I love the info but some things need a little elaboration.
I made a rule to myself not to but packed foods from shop, at most one favorite snack packet per week. I replace snacks with fruits, cucumber , infused water, green tea and nuts. I am food lover , I carry may snacks ever I go that save me from eating packed chips and sugary juices.
Yes you need to drink water people. It's the BPA that is a problem. You can purchase a BPA free reusable water bottle and help your health and the environment. You can buy one with a filter, use the filter from your refrigerator, or just use your sink. The filtration system from most cities is perfectly safe. Many use reverse osmosis which is the same process that a lot of bottled water comes from. Personally, I prefer spring water or artesian water like Fiji which uses BPA free bottles, but that doesn't solve the overall problem with the abundance of plastics.
I stopped drinking soda January 14, 2017. And would dance in my room towards the end of the day and I used to weigh 230 pounds. I also ate smaller portions and all together, I dropped down to like 170 pounds within the year.

The one about coffee is definitely true. I once had to go without coffee for a week. I realised that, that week it was easier for me to eat less!

I didn't know that about bottled water either but it makes sense that plastic bottles are made from harmful things which seep into the water. I also read that if you leave your water in hot car do Not drink it because it intensifies the chemicals in the plastic. However, I did Not know you could gain weight from it. Very interesting information.

My new years resolution was to cut pop out as much as possible. I can count how many times I've had pop this year on one hand. I've consistently kept off 5 - 10 pounds.
Now I'm trying a mostly whole food Mediterranean diet. I've been doing it for a month and have lost almost 10 pounds. But I'm still in the process of figuring out what makes me gain weight. I suspect rice and beans make me gain weight but I need to experiment more to know for sure.
And if you want to eat healthier, don't have any bad food at home. Why have the temptation? There are healthy ways to have sweets.
Also, allow yourself to have a treat once in a while. But that needs to be like once every two weeks to once a month.
I have adopted one healthy habit which is quitting snacks and sodas and drinking a cup of green tea before bed

So this leaves so many question. If not from a bottle then what? Pour it into a cup, drink filtered or tap? It just says don't with no suggestion on alternatives. The part about the fats that gather in certain places. Where does it come from? How is it developed? I love the info but some things need a little elaboration.

I made a rule to myself not to but packed foods from shop, at most one favorite snack packet per week. I replace snacks with fruits, cucumber , infused water, green tea and nuts. I am food lover , I carry may snacks ever I go that save me from eating packed chips and sugary juices.

Yes you need to drink water people. It's the BPA that is a problem. You can purchase a BPA free reusable water bottle and help your health and the environment. You can buy one with a filter, use the filter from your refrigerator, or just use your sink. The filtration system from most cities is perfectly safe. Many use reverse osmosis which is the same process that a lot of bottled water comes from. Personally, I prefer spring water or artesian water like Fiji which uses BPA free bottles, but that doesn't solve the overall problem with the abundance of plastics.

I stopped drinking soda January 14, 2017. And would dance in my room towards the end of the day and I used to weigh 230 pounds. I also ate smaller portions and all together, I dropped down to like 170 pounds within the year.

If I wasn't satisfied with my weight of maybe 160 pounds, I'd take the time to watch this; but I am satisfied and happy with the way I am. The only thing I'd want to change is my strength; and if I had some weights to start bench pressing, I would.
