Finally a comfortable-looking sofa that looks like it belongs in a normal house! That, and I love the shower curtain bath, that's another "normal house" thing we've been missing. I especially like the elephant design, but it's great to have all the variety for homes of different styles.
I agree this pack has a lot of 'normal house' objects and furniture that'd you'd find in almost every family home; like decorated shower curtains, couches with cushions and even child/teen journals. 😁
I think the bright red stove and fridge really lend themselves to an industrial build while the blueish/green one I could see fitting into a ranch style/country home.

the buildems table is usable by more than the toddlers. everyone builds on it, and the toddlers play once the items are built. also the doctor toys do have recolors, you just have to select them before you purchase them.

The translucent curtains, at least in the 70s, were called "sheers." The way you tested them, with a more opaque curtain was very popular when I was a kid in the 70s.

You should do overall reviews of game packs, almost like trailer type videos with your opinion on whether the pack adds value to your game and then a quick opinion on the stuff that comes with it. This would be really helpful for people who are unsure whether or not its for them instead of having to watch a series. Im sure there are channels that already do this, but I think you have viewers that value your opinion. Just a thought... :P

I agree with the tree wallpaper. I think the misty version, but I want a lush green one! one where the trunks are white so they look like birch trees! recolors are vital in Sims 4

I'm really loving this pack. Even though it's Parenthood, there is some good items for young adult builds, etc. I'm really happy with this one.
There is a new dishwasher to match the stove and fridge.
