It's actually perfect that Quinn became a painter. When she was a kid, she made a mess at Breanne's place and James turned it into abstract photos. And I remember when he made her draw some art as the last thing she did as a kid, too! Making art is basically all she did throughout her life.
Fun fact: in Iceland there’s a dating app specifically designed to tell you if you’re related to the person you’re speaking to. I feel something similar would be useful in James’ current save file

Yeah, that's the only way you could make money by selling if you're a comedian. Unless they changed it recently, you can only perform the routines. As your Skill goes up, it gets pretty lucrative if you can find a busy watering hole. If I recall, the Lounges were pretty good. You could always change the Dislike to Like when you're in CAS, I think.
The way I laughed when James said this is a weird lot for a house, with the road all around it... I'm playing there as the awkward person who refused to sell and the road had to go around
In my hometown, there's a small, narrow graveyard plot in the middle of the road because the family refused to sell the land. Definitely made me think of this.

Since you're starting this lp off in a treehouse you should build an epic modern treehouse for the whole family to live in. You start at the roots and then grow up the tree adding on floors as your family tree grows.

Just a tip to anyone reading: avoid playing rotationally and change households for now, as there is a bug that resets all milestones if you do that. Might not affect much if you have only toddler to elder, but will affect infant gameplay drastically if you have the as their motor skills are tied to it.
Honestly, Reg and Kev could still have a science baby - they're forever young. Or Rhys could have a baby. Though I am frankly super curious what a Reg-Kev baby would look like. Either gorgeous or interesting. Though I still maintain that, with all the weird DNA in the Bigwallet family (esp. Reginald's Alien-Mermaid-Island Spirit-Spellcaster side), that Reginald being pregnant would fit right in. Edited to add: I'd like to put my 2cents in for Rye either having a science baby with Kyle (because they seem like they'd either really get on or really not) or one of the Poppyfield girls. I think so. Sandalwood is actually the generation that lines up with Quinn's children. So Sandal could end up being a distant cousin of our kids and show up at reunions etc :)

James always has a creative unique LP like living in a tree house, Deli always plays most similarly to how I play which I love, and Kayla’s are always… chaotic 😂😂 I love this!!

The little laundry bags are excellent for socks. Don’t pack them tight and they do still move around but you don’t have to go hunting for them!
