I think it would've been best to put Quinn in the Freelance Artist job, so she can take up jobs in her own time so it's easier when she has her child. Also the Digitalistic Sketchpad lets you paint wayyyy quicker than using the easel and you can queue up things for her to paint which you can't with an easel. Also add the Natural Light lot trait for 50% boost for Painting and Home Studio for 10% boost to Writing and Painting skills.

It makes much more sense if all of Quinn’s kids are named after trees (Oak, Asher, Maple, Alder, Magnolia, Birch, etc) but honestly if Rye ever has a little girl, a little Lady Bigwallet III would be so cute (and fit the theme of “generations”)

Rye and Ava being jokesters makes so much sense. Rye is the funny uncle already and Ava used to be the highschool bully, so I imagine her liking to do pranks and stuff like that. I really love this dynamic for them!

I believe they have more items in their inventory from their promotions that you can sell for more money, too. However loving the slow build of the house and the chaos! Naturally Sidney and Ava gotta one up Reginald by being there first. Also the thought of Forest being the "Uncle Jesse" to this Full House really works!
I wasn’t sure if I’d missed something because he said he was going to sell that stuff but didn’t mention it again so I thought maybe he just did it off camera. The next video will start with him sheepishly selling them and saying, I don’t know what you guys mean they’ve been sold already.
I think the light in the main room is whats "blocking" the sims from being able to use it. Also loving the ideas for tree themed names for Quinn's babies (especially since we have uncle Forrest!), Acacia, Birch, Aspen, Magnolia, Sequoia, Oak, Elowen, Geneva, Grove, Maple, Willow, etc. Also echoing some other comments and suggesting that Rye should have a one night stand and be a single dad to Lady Bigwallet III!

There’s a wild rose bush to the left of the lot if you’re facing the street. It bloomed like 3-4 sim days. You could harvest and plant to sell them for lil extra cash
When a sims asks to move in, they do join the household. I had it happen to my sim. Thankfully I was aiming for that anyway so I was like “sure!” 😂
Koji has great bone structure at least so the hair change was enough ❤

House idea for a little later on. I had used this same lot in my game. I made a "converted garage" where you can see the driveway curb on the right that my artist sim used as a studio. It would make sense for quinn as an artist & you can put in a murphy bed for guests. I had this detached from the rest of the house & that way it could have no foundation to give it that garage feel & the rest of the house had a foundation and stairs.
Addison walks past three and a half people living in a treehouse, with a plasterboard box in their garden, and even if he didn't know them, he would immediately know that they are fellow Bigwallets. No introductions necessary The Bigwallets are simply that super-rich, super-weird, but mostly harmless family, that everybody else in the neighbourhood has just learned to tolerate 🤣🤣🤣
You should give the baby a Japanese name ! (Koji is Japanese?) - Girl: Ichika (means one thousand flowers) or Himari (good hollyhock). Boy; Asahi (morning sunshine) or Reo (at the summit of the mountain) :D

Koji is a cutie *and* a sweetheart. He got pulled into this chaotic household and just went with it. Like "Oh, I'm going to be a dad? That's chill, let me just get a job and earn a promotion real quick." I'm sure he and Quinn will be great parents, and Rye will be a fun uncle : )

I do like the tree name suggestions, but I really feel now is an excellent time for Lady III.
I think the fridge issue is a new glitch with usable objects because I had the same issue with one of my cribs. It just said I couldn't reach it even though it was definitely accessible. I also got a new glitch that turned one of my sims into a black void and completely messed them up so please save often so you don't lose someone! I had to kill one of my sims because of it :(
Found a glitch with the new keepsake box disappearing from my inventory along with everything inside of it.
i have the same glitch but with my main bed, only reloading the lot seems to help
I had the same bug with a bathtub, and deleting that new ceiling light from Growing Together fixed it (the same ceiling light James currently has in the same room as the fridge that keeps bugging out). I'm pretty sure the ceiling light is to blame.

James! In order to get celebrities to like your Sims use a family member and select "talk up sim" under the gossip category. It starts their relationship on a positive foot AND it's a cute story tool.

I wouldn't be surprised if you got multiple babies, I swear there's something in the code that makes it more likely if you have low funds. The only time I had natural triplets was when I had 500 simoleons perpetually 😂

I’m surprised you didn’t use the tiny home perks to get Quinn’s painting skill up fast before building the shell so that she can make good $ when the baby comes.
James, Carl has a 'Try To Make Friends' mod which cuts through the barrier to talking to celebrities. I find it invaluable. It autoqueues multiple social interactions to make friends too which can be overriden at any time.
Edit: San Myshuno has posters you can sell for money. Also snowglobes. I was yelling at the screen
They take a while to spawn, and sometimes don't spawn until a festival is over.

Wanted to say lol you can have a FREE temp house by using the roof tool and making a dome and save your money to build your house, you have room lol for all those guests! Loving the new next gen in this families story!!

I am absolutely loving this series! The chaotic energy of the whole family is so much fun. I must admit though, as much as I like this, not making this a series where you can only get money through puzzles and calling it rags to pieces is a missed opportunity 😂

To cheat an introduction to celebrity sims, create a club and add the famous Sim to to it & BAM! you can talk to them. Koji just needs to create a Bigwallet celebrity club to talk to his girlfriend's family members 😊

At least he has a man and women. Most simmers now a days are playing same sex relations and opposite skin color all the time, I mean it's ok but every time gets old and begins to be the same ol same ol and it is not just one simmer it's most of them. To make equality I suppose but it's not equality unless you switch it up, and James does that, but some of them don't as often.

I absolutely love this new feature of earned character traits. The way Rye became family-oriented really felt like the character arc you were going for with him. Like that dorky funny uncle who moves into the attic in the pilot episode and gets really attached to his nieces and nephews.

I agree! I most often choose James' videos because of the calm chill way he plays. Some simmers are excited about their game fairly enough but are maybe a bit overzealous at times!😅
Romance Festival usually has the expensive Bird flower and Dragon Fruit to harvest.
I was laughing so hard when he was talking about needing money, ignored the romance festival that has all the expensive plants, went to the flea market which has no plants, but then didn't even bother to look for posters or snowglobes while there.

I love the idea of using old names from previous Bigwallets since they added the new ‘research genealogy’ and it just fits the theme of the generations style pack - like especially going way back to like Lacey or Sebastian.

Definattely added a lot of cool game play for households that are already established and have a home and disposable income. Watching James struggle to utilize this gameplay while living in a field is hilarious.
Always make me laugh the way James travels around based on where has a toilet/shower/ free food 😂 imagine biking or walking miles just to pee every day
