Incredibly informative! I may or may not use Boomerang, but Rapportvie and Find Big Mail are things I added immediately. They will certainly be tremendously useful, and I'd never have found them otherwise!

Steve, I realise 16 months have passed since you did this video, but I think FindBigMail is replaced by (free) standard GMail functionality these days. If you put this into the GMail search box it will find mail messages over the said number of bytes.

For find big mail, you can create an "attachment" label and create a filter so that all messages with attachments are labeled attachment. There are also options for attachment file size greater than xx, to achive to same function as FindBigMail

Boomerang is great. I also like to use it for sending emails as well. Let's say you are thinking about something you want to tell your client over the weekend, but you don't want to suggest to them that you are working on the weekend. Instead of having to remember to write the email on Monday morning, write it now, and have boomerang send it on Monday morning instead.

FindBigMail, awesome tip, I've always wanted to sort all my attachments by size. I've been using Gmail since inception and really need to clean out old attachments. This is a great tip!

Nice vid, thanks. btw you can use gmail filters for that purpose to find big attachments. You can even set the size in MB, with conditions.

You can use search filters instead find big. And with mixed search options like with attachments with specific size or sender etc. More creative. The other first two apps are ok. Thanks

Steve, love your channel - looking for something (an extension if possible) to give me read reports w/o the party I sent the email to knowing. I used to have one through Hubspot but they no longer offer it. It was terrific. It would show me each time someone opened up the email I sent them...hoping you have a solution - keep up the amazing work, and thanks so much!

Can we create letter in Word 2106 and use Gmail to send in bulk .. like Word with Oulook ?
You can go to the chrome menu-->tools-->create shortcut when you are in the Gmail website. Then you will have a shortcut in your desktop for your Gmail!
My top three: 1. Boomerang 2. Canned Responses 3. Unread Message Icon
I like the "Mailto: for Gmail" extension for Chrome. When you click on a mail link on a site it will open in Gmail instead of trying to open Outlook.

Steve, currently my inbox shows the last message. Sometimes the threads change toic. I want to make the messages show up oldest to newest. can i do that?
Hey dottotech, I'm not sure if you've found this out already since this video is from 2014, but I, too, don't like when they add extra labels so I use opt to 'HIDE THE LABEL' using the little drop-down arrow next to the menu item's name. This way, the label is still there when I need it but isn't visible. Hope that helps! =)
