We're putting 3 great Jim Beam bourbons up against each other to see whether Knob Creek 12 is really that much better than Knob Creek 9 and Old Grand-Dad Bonded. Welcome to the series that finally has a name: Bottom's Up! We'll pit a bottom shelfer, a mid-shelfer, and a top shelf whiskey against each other, all from the same distillery, and in this instance, the same proof point, to see if it's really worth it to shell out your hard earned cash for higher-priced whiskey.
