These are great! One thing that would help is if you could put the segments starting with the demo/rest time instead of having that at the end of the previous segment. The demo belongs with the exercise, in my opinion, please.

No, purtroppo non è così semplice. Per perdere 10 kg su stomaco e pancia, è necessario un programma di allenamento mirato e una dieta sana ed equilibrata. Anche la regolare attività aerobica, come la camminata veloce, può aiutare a raggiungere l'obiettivo.

Same could be a accomplished with sucking belly to back bone repeatedly instead of curling up neck stressing. I cant do 'crunches'
