I ve been to this place it's amazing for Vegetarian food lovers specially during night all the shops in this whole area gets closed down and people with food trucks and all come down to this place also I work in my dad's Catering business so FYI for Michael it's pretty hot to be around fire but you get used to the heat you just gotta keep yourself hydrated when working in kitchen

I dislike Gujju food. No offence but it's just too sweet for my palate. And fried stuff first thing in the morning. Last time I was in Gujarat, I was in Patan to see the Rani Ki Waw (amazing place) and hotel guy offered me special gujju breakfast of dhokla, fafda, patroli etc. I slept for 2 hours after eating such a heavy breakfast. The people were sweet as their food. I did love the Dabeli, it was amazing ( I ate 3 one after the other)
As a gujju I can see but it's just hotel thing most homes cooked food is spicy I as gujarati love my food spicy but ones in a blue moon I will it a gujarati thali
