12:00 Right. It's basically humidity. Most Indian cities are not only hot but humid as well. It gets worse. And this year even the cold areas are facing rising humidity. That's why so many people use AC in India. I don't like cold places like Kashmir, or Switzerland, but I always appreciate and admire the beauty that cold temperature helps to preserve.

U r wrong unfortunately Achara. Even India has very cold places so most major cities have these special outdoor gear shops where u can buy great quality jackets and all accessories required. As more and more people r going on holidays in and out of India to such regions, we can buy these in India.
