Webtoons really made a great impact in the anime scene, I didn't expect anything less from Mappa. Seeing as to how well they animated this, Attack On Titan's final season is going to be insanely good.

It's a battle royale where your main goal is to stand out, since no one but 2 people use solely their legs in the tournament. Sure him using his legs is only for opponents that are worthy kind of thing but when he starts using his stances and his best skills, I'm sure it'll be animated beautifully and him using his legs now won't take away from the carnage he'll lay later on. No I haven't read the manhwa yet, just making a logical theory.
Regarding Mori using legs agaisnt weaklings, I guess the first episode wanted to show his style (taekwondo) and I think it was a good choice for an introductory episode that needs to capture the audience's attention. If they just skip the part where his grandpa tells him to use legs only against stronger guys, everything still makes sense within the anime. I mean this is likely to be only 13 episodes so it cant be helped that there are changes. If we want it to cover more details we need more seasons and for that we need more people supporting the series (by not illegally downloading it lol)
Then how do you supppose we can make them money ? Like I’m all down for supporting but just watching it from crunchyroll is the only way ? I wish there were more options like merch or them make a book of the webcomic and sell it

The reason for the art from Tower of God was beacuse they tried to make it like the webtoon. Hopefully next season the art should get better as it does in the webtoon. And that is one of the things I like about Tower of god, you can see the progres the author made in these couple of years

The best way to enjoy God Of Highschool is just to watch all the animated fight scenes. The story line was way too rushed so this provides maximum enjoyment.

As someone who hasn't started the manhwa yet, if it helps, I didn't get the impression he was doing anything super special or cool with his kicks yet and it was just his overall flair.
Now this is how you start a first episode. Not only is the artstyle unique but the way they started it got you hook and then the more you watched the more you got into it. This anime is about to be really good
