Must say, Coach Kel is still the best instructor. There's something about your workouts that really WORK. I've done all sorts for 20+ years, yours thins, lengthens and strengthens. No bulk.

she doesn't explain stuff beforehand. With this one, every new move I have to pause and watch again to see if I got the movement right and then never sure if counting is really happening equally for both sides. With Kel, I can just press play and follow along, it flows much better.

Omg yes agree only been doing 2 weeks but I’ve already seen that my body tightened up and I’ve gained back some of the flexibility that I’ve lost due to heavy weight training! Never going back to the gym and viva barre forever, thank you coach kel
My calves were so sore after this workout!! I like the change up, but coach Kel still has the best workout flow and combinations!

@coachKel if you had online classes I would join right away. Have tried many things for a decade and that is by far what suits me best. I have done your workouts three times weekly since the beginning of the lockdown and my legs are thinner and more toned, my core is stronger and my mood is incredibly good.

I am just starting to use your workouts at home, KEL! I love barre and have not found any similar workouts to what I do at our local fitness center, which has been under close order since Covid. I used sweet potatoes which felt insanely ridiculous but effective. This wasn't my favorite workout, mainly because I'm really picky about flow, but I have to say - my body feels not only stronger but very stretched out, similar to the feeling after finishing a yoga class.

I've been saving this video until I felt a bit more 'intermediate' and it was a lot of fun! Loved the aerobics aspect - definitely going to alternate this with your other long routine from now on.
