I quit playing just recently, I’d really like to see more player interactive content rather than single player content in a MMORPG. Don’t get me wrong, transmogs are really fun and collecting mounts, but as a fan for 19 years, I miss the collaborative interactive experience we had with each other, and I’d love to see that return to Warcraft. *edit* I think one of the ways that would help with that would be to make each class unique with spells, so everyone isn’t just doing the same.
It's like they looked at Forbidden Reach and thought "how can we put even less effort into a patch zone?" They didn't even bother adding herb/mining nodes.
@Blakkrazor6go get gladiator in 4 hours let's see u bored or breaking ur keyboard in four hours. Quit doing the easy stuff in wow and u won't be botes9
@@Masterpain22222 I had my rogue running arenas and carrying people for years. Why would I go back to rolling rubes? That won't make me feel any better about a game I used to love having gone to shit.
I think Siren Isle is more of a miss, but less of a miss than Forbidden Reach. It’s small, but you can’t fly yet. The ring is underwhelming but they did changes to it quickly. It feels like they had no direction with it and are hoping it’ll be forgotten quickly. I’ll give them this-it looks pretty cool
The different states made me think they were going to make fun events out of it, but it just seems like a one and done (unless dailies bring your back idk)
@@ShawnSetGOYeah it’s a strange thing they did. Forbidden Reach had a lot more going on, but it had stuff that was annoying or boring. And Zskera Vaults was not fun at all. Siren Isle DOES look like a project for interns as an assignment to see if they can work on future content
Basically it is content that gives you currency to purchase Vet track gear off a vendor. Transmog is plain looking, and the mounts are trading post worthy junk.
The thing is they don't have a real incentive to make a better game when the focus is the cash cow that the store is, they make bank every time they release something there.
How many times do you have to kill a boss in the caves to get the gem on offer? I've killed some more than a dozen times and it's not dropped the gem. Then I take another character and it drops first time. I think if you tag the boss you should get the gem. Also, what happens in a couple weeks when the rush dies down and somebody is there by themselves trying to get these gems? They're not going to be able to drop these bosses by themselves?
you can get all the gems from vendors in the main area. i don't know when this was added but yeah. don't sit there grinding the bosses for gems you don't need to do that. unless you want to farm iron.
I recommend you check the map in the center of the camp you can basically invest in the one you want but everything should scale when you're solo so it's quite easy. Otherwise talk to the turtle fella, he had lots of the gems as well
There is a boss that drops two gems you can only get from him and he is currently bugged. All players have to stand against the wall basically to so his charge doesn’t bug out the rewards. There are some gems offered for free from vendor but not all.
@@minibleau i didnt collect some of the ones i bought tho. nonetheless i recommend people check the vendors maybe they accidentally unlocked the gem theyre searching for. i personally litterally only farmed the 4 initially before they remove the timegate.

A month too late. The mid-patch is poorly timed. With the holidays in the US and EU it's not going to have the short-term retention they want. This is illustrated by the restrictions on socket items being removed. People are just going to get the stuff on one toon. Then leave and wait for Undermine. That's pretty much I'm doing and what most people will do. If they'd released it a month sooner. More people would do it. Then fall off for the holidays. Too return and get all the "New" gem slots in the early months of 2025. Then wait for Undermine. No matter how you shake it out. People are just going to wait for the big patch. Lining it up with the month of December is just bad planning IMO.
why ? spaming a dungeon for loot makes you think its gonna be fun ? , you guys need to take a break from the game sometimes , like playing any mmo 24/7 will get you bored , no matter what you play unless there is crazy infinite grind , like albion online per example , there is always stuff to grind for , but when they introduce more grind people complain , its just crying non sense over and over , nothing gonna change.

People is not stupid enough to like a copy pasted content that is just a bored grind fest (fetch/kill x amount) for some FOMO. And I can clearly notice it’s scrapped BfA content. Specifically island expedition (a forgettable content). The ring feels bad (just stamina) and then trying to get your BiS gems… nah. I have better things to do with my time. I got the ring transmog already so I don’t need to come back to that crap anymore. The mounts are something I am not addicted to. They put so many on them in the game that I just stop caring anymore. I choose something to make my character looks cool over any accessories with limitations (indoors, combat for mounts are just examples) any time. Weapon or even a nice set it’s millions times better than any mount. And I am not even touching the recolors, worst carrot to chase…
If you look at Siren Isle as a content patch, sure It misses but the ring is a pretty big and diverse boost to everyone. I don’t get the take that it’s grindy at all. You basically do the ring quest once, unlock the gems once and your entire account has access to everything. Just think of it as end-season filler that gives everyone a little more ilvl and power.
It's grindy not in the sense of how long it takes to get gems but that it is so small in what it offers and then asks you repeat it til you feel like you're done. A grind isnt inherently bad but it doesn't really offer anything other than just a grind for currency
We use to get no content for 6 months at a time up till dragonflight. Dungeons use to give nothing more past mythic up till Legion. The more they give us to do the more people complain.
You dont have to make content massively replayable by ramping difficulty for people to want to do it. Saying "people just complain" doesnt make it worth doing or enjoyable

Once you get them on one character, you can buy them on alts from vendors
