1 cup of oatmeal and 2 apples. Better than dessert in 5 minutes❗ No sugar and no flour!
► Recipe and ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal (130 g)
2 large apples
1/2 cup water (120 ml)
2 eggs
100 g raisins
100 g dried cranberries
Pour warm water and let it stand for 5 minutes
1 banana
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
~ 100 g any nuts
Bake for about 40 minutes at 180°C
Let the cake cool
When the cake cools, it can be easily cut
Incredibly delicious and healthy cake!

375 ml coconut milk, heat
170g chocolate
220 g oat flakes
Simmer for 5 minutes over very low heat
Shape 18 cm
100 g of a nut mixture - optional
mix everything well
After cooling, place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours
