- 1 cup oatmeal and 2 apples. I haven't eaten sugar for a year! No sugar and no flour! Delicious and very simple. Great recipe for oatmeal pie and cookies. Delicious with simple oatmeal. The recipes are suitable for those who do not eat white sugar. Prepare good and healthy recipes with us!
1 cup (100 g) rolled oats or prepared oat flour.
2 medium or 4 small apples.
Rinse 3.5 ounces (100 g) raisins in hot water.
2 ripe bananas.
2 eggs.
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1 teaspoon baking powder.
6 inch (15 cm) baking dish.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360F/180C for approximately 50-60 minutes.

1 cup (100 g) rolled oats or prepared oat flour.
Rinse 2.5 oz (70 g) dried cranberries in hot water.
1 apple.
1 banana.
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional).
Grease the frying pan with vegetable oil.
Cook over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.

I've been making this (first) recipe for awhile. I only use one egg & I add 1/2 cup chopped walnuts along with 1/2 cup of any dried fruit along with a few tablespoons of shredded coconut. I add a pinch of salt & use 3/4 tea. cinnamon.

I have a MTHFR genetic deficiency and cannot have folic acid (US - flours and cereals/ grains are enriched with it among other vitamins). I grind my own organic grains sourced at local farms or home grown.
Learning to bake without any white flour has been difficult as it lightens products.

I made the first oat, apple, banana, raisin cake and it was good. Just next time would add a little less raisins, maybe 75g, and add about 1/8 tsp salt. Thanks for the video!

The fiber in raisins and the oatmeal slows the absorption of sugar, which here is natural fructose (fruit sugar) not refined table sugar, and the skin left on apples is healthy, bananas add potassium and moisture. Made the first recipe and it is delicious! I am from the United States of America.

Oatmeal raises blood sugar quite a lot. The myth of the fiber is just that- a myth.
Eat it and then test your blood sugar, if you diabetic it will be through the roof. Sugar is sugar is sugar. Natural, refined or otherwise

Well, not exactly sugar free, just no refined sugar added. Clearly apples, bananas, and raisins have a fair amount of sugar, cranberries less so--as long as you don't buy the "craisins" which have added sugar.
Get information about carbs. Can be a life saver.
Don't worry about naysayers. Trying your apple/oat cake today. Thanks for recipes. If people worried about sugar just leave raisins out. They could also mix a couple of teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to 250ml of wayer and drink that before having cake.
Just say"no added sugar".

It has 2 ingredients listed in the title.
About 40 grams of carbs in the apples, and about 45 grams of carbs in the bananas. Oatmeal had about 56 grams of carbohydrates. So no sugar, but lots of carbs, about 140 grams+. BUT, a ton of nutrition with very healthy fiber. And it looks delicious.This would be great to pair with a protein source. Nice video.

Fructose is the sugar found in fruit.

чем тут рецепт супер? В названии - овсянка и 2 яблока. А то, что там еще 2 банана и куча изюма - молчок. Или вам, как и западным обывателям, засрали мозг о вреде "белого" добавленного сахара, типа а мед литрами жрать - все хорошо будет? Для ваших боков абсолютно никакой разницы нет, добавленный сахар или фруктоза во фруктах - и то, и то в итоге превратится в глюкозу и излишек запасется в органах и на животе/заднице. И у бананов, и у изюма гликемический индекс практически такой же, как у сахарозы. Но если вас это нисколько не парит, то конечно, замечательный рецепт и название. Только тогда вопрос - а что вам тогда из пшеничной муки не печется, зачем лишние движения с геркулесом?

The cake turned out just the way we would expect: Moist, sweet and delectable! BUT, those cookies didn't look like
they had turned out that great! Perhaps they could have been stuck in the oven???
