Enjoyed your video! Visited Santa Barbara in 2016. Handle bar coffee roasters was a great spot :). Good memories. Also helpful to see real tesla user experience. Thanks for sharing!
I have done that Drive many times thanks for the tip on the Tesla charging downtown. I normally charge a couple blocks away from the farmers market on Sunday and no one uses that charger ever.
How do you edit the trip in the Tesla so it read Santa Barbara. How many trips can you save? Thanks. I really enjoy your videos because they get right to the point, and short. Very informative.
NIce video! LOVe the zoo in SB with the little kids we have. Our 2019 M3 Standard is down to between 190 and 199 as well at 100%. OUr choice is Los Agaves Mexican for food for lunch! Does everything we need! When you did the calibration did you see any increase of battery range? ....or is that neither here nor there...
We love the SB zoo as well, been there many times! Good to see our 3's are similar. Just did that full charge last weekend, my wife took the car all week, so I have no idea how it's doing. I got the Model Y Performance, so much fun. Thanks for watching and commenting.
The SB Zoo is wonderful! My wife and I were married there in 2007. We had the Zoo and the train to ourselves until 10pm. Our friends and family from out of town were blown away by the scenery!
I noticed you use 32 amps for home charge. Do you have the wall connector, just curious. I have the wall connector and can charge at 48 amps but I set it at 32 amps too just to keep the cable cool.
I do have a wall connector, however my Model 3 maxes out at 32amps. If you have a 60 amp breaker, charging at 48 amps is fine, it was designed for that.
@@TeslaTipsTrips OK, I do have a 60 amp breaker but I just set it at 32amp charging, unless for some reason I need faster charging. I don't have solar so I charge it at off peak hours per my EV plan at 12 cents a kw, and its so late at night I don't need to drive it then and have plenty of time to charge it.
12.5.1 won't do hands free with sunglasses. So I just keep my hand on the wheel. No nag is really the wrong way to describe it. When hands free it will still nag if you take your eyes off the road for too long but the nag goes away when your eyes look forward again so you don't need to move the wheel or flick a scroll wheel. Mostly I just wear my sunglasses.
Magbak wireless charger, hands down one of my favorite Tesla accessories for sure. Works great, charges fast, and it's in your line of sight. creators.magbak.com/tesla-tips-trips
Wow, Santa Barbara looks gorgeous. Definitely seems calm/peaceful
Neat! I lived in Santa Barbara for ten years before moving to Texas. Miss seeing the sights!
Right on, thanks for watching!
Really enjoyed this short road trip video. Thank you. Santa Barbara is a beautiful place having visited several times with family.
Awesome to hear. Thanks!

Still gotta remove the shades? Bummer😎
