I pretty much just eat soba noodles and fruit, veg and nuts these days, but if the oceans weren’t dangerously over fished I would ONLY eat tuna tataki.
I wish we can share photos here to show u how my soba noodles ended...I refused to soak them in cold water coz I thought they lose the flavor and become mushi although I trust u and love all your recipes I put alot of oil in boiling water then oil on them when out but they ended up sticky and not yum😕next time I'll try it with water although ten years I follow my method it used to work
@@serenadowney3035 Yes, I totally understand but still eating undercooked fish can have dangerous bacteria in it which can lead to serious illnesses. She's is perfect my favorite chef that's why I call her my darling chef. I have been watching and following her recipes since I was a kid.
@@alankhan9784 I agree with you I don't like raw fish in any form. But the tuna used in these kind of recipes is sashimi grade so safe for eating raw just like in sushi. But I am not ready to put it to test. Though my friends rave about sushi
Seriously why do Americans call spaghetti as noodles and British call noodles as pasta. They might look the same but honestly they are very different in taste and texture, intermixing them is like calling bacon as pork.
This woman has a way of words. It all looked delicious!
i remembered this recipe from a long time ago and cant believe i get to watch it again
Nigella puts all those chefs to shame with her ways and methods of cooking . Easy yet elegant and nice . Beautiful job .
Not with this one, i can assure you.

It is like she is writing a romance novel out loud.

You're supposed to wash soba noodles with cold water after cooking. Washes the starch off

Hi Nigella ❤
Looks so very delicious ❤ just like ..... well you know👍
Looks delicious! I don't eat raw fish, but am tempted to try this. What seasoning on the tuna? Just pepper corn or with sesame, too?
Uniting the Zeksey, slmptt, and the Ancient marrying of flavor and tempt warmth of bite, and slither inside. Mouth watering,💞
What is the secret to cooking the noodles just right?
😋😋😋😘👍💜
Yeah....😄😄😄1st like
What if there are parasites in your tuna? You should cook it thoroughly or freeze it before cooking to make sure all parasites are killed
Hellooooooo 😍😘
DELICIOUS 😋 😊😊😊😊😊😊
Ohh God! That firangi accent 🤣

Why the shot out the door wth reminds me of the McDonald's meat canyon animation
✋😎👉🏁🇬🇧👄
Recipe looks great, but what's with the awful close-up shots?
I was thinking the same...
Why does she cut everything with a paring knife? It drives me bonkers
the camera is obnoxious
That's way too much sesame seed...
The fish is raaaaaaaaaw !!!!!!
Salazar Sly sis it’s fucking tuna it can be eaten raw lmao have you never tried sushi before
Have you never heard of sushi? It is raw fish from tuna or salmon. Japanese style
Gordon Ramsay be like
I really don't like the zoomed in and blurred view...
That tuna looks too raw
That tuna steak you made is absolutely undercooked and raw my darling nigella lawson.
It's meant to be, tataki is a Japanese style of preparation and she's executed it perfectly.

I’m American and the practice of all noodles being called spaghetti is not so common anymore. We just say pasta or noodles.
I am not that impressed ...I have watched better cooks /chefs who are more skilled in Asian cooking....not Nigella's forte!!!!
