When she cooks, she always looks clumsy in a cute way... Her recipes are sometimes totally nonsense, for example this ramen noodle soup, but I'm sure many western people will try it and say delicious. Her efforts to cook move me that's why I like to watch her cook.
This is not so called Japanese Ramen. I would rather call it "Miso soup with some rice noodle", but it's definitely healthier and less calories than the ramen.

It's because it's so time consuming and labour intensive hence why Nigella stated that no Japanese person would make ramen at home- the Japanese are notorious for working the longest office hours anywhere in the world. But honestly if you have the chance to eat proper ramen- the broth is the star of the show!

But because it is the hunger and we need to satisfy our stomach and anything warm with little but with some flavours will warm me up and fill my stomach till breakfast.
