@@jsunshinejit’s because she wasn’t traditionally pretty or skinny her whole life. She’s clearly insanely beautiful now but unfortunately she still sees the girl she was instead of the woman she has become.
I think because she thinks she wasn’t pretty in high school and I think she struggled with her weight so she didn’t grow up having everyone telling her she’s beautiful but she sure as hell does now! I was a late bloomer too lol. But seriously she needs to see herself how we see her.

tana you deserve to hold yourself to higher standards with who you spend your precious energy on! chris is not a good person to be around for your own growth, mental health, sobriety etc. bc i’m sure you might get down on yourself for going back to him, which might lead you to being more reckless and wanting to party the hard feelings to deal with away. you’ve made so much progress, especially in the first half of the year! go to therapy and make good choices for yourself. I can’t imagine what your relationship with chris was truly like, but you need to put your own long-term happiness first. ❤

Oooofff so relatable. The highs in a toxic relationship are so high because the lows are so low, the adrenaline becomes addicting. It’s a really difficult pattern to break when it’s all you’re used to 🥺 but it’s possible!!
I'm not gonna lie.. I am a depressed ass bitch . Tana has a way of making me feel like I'm sitting in room with my old friends from like middle school in the best way possible . She is so comforting and makes me so happy , a breath of fresh air really. I hope she knows how awesome she is 😊

I had my own Chris miles type relationship and it was also volatile and had to end. It was terrible because we were so close but really brought the worst of out of each other. Eventually we reached a place of friendship again. I worried for his well being the whole time but he unfortunately passed away. I’ll never completely let go of that. I really feel for what tana’s describing and I know too well how deep that iceberg really goes.

Here’s my take on Tana and Chris’ relationship:
- Tana wants so badly to be seen by Chris. She wants to be chosen.
- when he gives her any form of attention, romantic, platonic, or anything in between the Endorphins are crazy.
- they are absolutely trauma bonded and toxic for each other. The second Tana gets close presumably it pushes him away.
- The only way for this to work is no contact. Chris said himself in one of her videos, they will never be just friends. There’s a weird sense of possessiveness and ownership.
- It’s easy to go back because Tana is reliving her childhood trauma of wanting to be seen… Again I don’t know these people in real life, so this is purely speculation based on what we are seeing on the Internet
- Tana has also mentioned she wants to get married and this relationship, Situationship, friendship is not helping her get there
- I really hope she takes the time to do the inner work and heal. Realize that Chris will never pick her because Chris can’t even pick himself.
- tana is capable of so much more, and I hope she strives for the best which does not include Chris Miles
