I love the podcast in general but I think that the reason I love the episodes where it's just the two of you more is that sometimes with guests, Brooke tends to fall into the shadows and not speak as much, or maybe not be listened to as much. When it's just the two of you, it feels like a genuine reciprocated fun conversation and it's so, so entertaining! Keep it up 🤍

I just found out I’ve been being cheated on for the last three months by my long-term boyfriend. This cancer season is fully bringing out who men really are!!!! Just putting this out there but most guys will cheat if given the opportunity. It's better to go in being realistic and be pleasantly surprised when and if they don't cheat lol. I've just come to realize that if a guy is somewhat attractive, has money, and/or status they will exercise their options. The average guys(5ft.7in. 35k-40k a year) are less likely to cheat but of course most girls don't want those guys. But still even those guys cheat. So it's like would you rather cry in a Toyota Corolla or a Rolls Royce 😂 also there's many statistics that women and men cheat at the same rate so there's just as many messed up girls out here.

Tana, these guys are beyond crazy. I’m a bit older than you lol 43, and I can tell you that this awful stuff has been going on with these “boys” like this since I was in my 20s lol I’ve experienced so much insanity and abuse that I have decided that I am completely done with dating. I am now comfortable with intentionally living alone and staying single . After a few years of just being so traumatized by these experiences I’ve had, I find the idea of putting myself out there to meet someone stresses me out and just turns my stomach. I know that it’s not a healthy way to live, but it’s just where I am with it all. Would it be nice to have someone to to do life with? Yes. Am I sad about it? Sometimes. I just don’t think it’s worth the pain especially being older and the pool of available men is now much worse than back when I was actively out there searching for love.
ugh this is awful i’m sorry for your experiences with men and so sad to hear they continue to be fuckheads once their brains are fully developed, i think it’s totally healthy to take time not focusing on finding a relationship and treating urself the way you deserve to be treated by a partner, take ur time queen the right person will come around eventually!!
43 isn’t old, you have time to heal and go to therapy and work on yourself until you’re ready to share your life with someone else again. It will happen and if it doesn’t you’ll find a way to heal and be happy with yourself and your life
