    Another great video... I have to add that I love my Bush Company 270. I've had mine for about 5 years now, I recently I got the walls for it, while they are pricey they are definitely worth it, I love the privacy they give you when you are with a larger group, It's nice to be able to slide out of the teardrop trailer and get dressed.

      @@LifestyleOverland Fair warning though, they are heavy and bulky, I find that I can get by using one or two walls for privacy for most situations.

      That's what I've heard. We used to have them for an older awning and ended up rarely using them. I like that the bush ones are straight walls though.

    The best part about having a trailer is it really is like a turtle shell...it helps you slow down and appreciate the country around you🥰 I solo travel and it really is the journey that excites me!
    I agree with the shower tent keeping the warm air in. Love me a hot shower while it's snowing. I have a shower rug to keep my shoes dry and generally wear the towel to dry my hair as I streak to the trailer...🤔 For dishes I like spraying on straight vinegar and wipe the dishes down. I just boil a little water and Dr. Bronner's in the one pan I cooked in if there is a lot of grease.
    And I don't care what people call it...driving on dirt track is way more entertaining than blacktop!

    • @LifestyleOverland

    • @sarah_n_tank_girl

      @@LifestyleOverland Vinegar is a lot like bleach-sanitizes and kills germs without the bleach residue and is digestible!

    • @sarah_n_tank_girl
      @sarah_n_tank_girl 7 месяцев назад

      @@LifestyleOverland Vinegar is like a safer bleach. It sanitizes and kills the germs. It doesn't leave a film, doesn't smell once dry, and you can consume it if you didn't get it all off the dish. I can't count the number of times I've had the trots from bleach residue on plates "cleaned" by kitchen patrol in my kids Scout BSA troop🤦‍♀

    Miles for the sake of miles seems to be the hallmark of most RUclips channels. I never understood that. I remember reading about the Turtle Expedition in magazines back in 1972 when they launched. Now, over 50 years later, there is still a turtle on my dash, reminding me to slow down and actually experience the places I travel through. It's not about the miles. Travel occurs in your brain, not on your odometer. I do enjoy this channel though, not saying otherwise. I'll be back out in Nevada in a few months, and this video is a great way to pass the time till then!

    • @LifestyleOverland
      @LifestyleOverland  7 месяцев назад

      I still enjoy a hard expedition with a long trail idea mapped out ahead of me and miles to confirm and/or explore connectors. But there is definitely a time to slow down and smell the cacti 😁 This season will have more of that theme, especially with our new little one in tow. Enjoy your return to Nevada. We will definitely be back with the whole family!

    How do you film from outside while driving? Is this some kind of drone that follows you while driving?

These days I eat a savory, fatty, protein-rich breakfast in the mid morning and my overall health and energy have improved immensely. Hey Kevin, I noticed you have mickey Thompson mtz's on silver. those are the ones we have on our jlu Rubicon. I dont see people running them a lot , and i don't understand why not. Are you planning on a video talking about your experience with them, and in comparison with some other tires you've ran? It seems like you've ran them for a while , and it also seems like (knock on wood) you have not had a single issue with them, and always seem to have better traction than anybody you wheel with. Especially when conditions get worse. I really really like them and will put them on ours again when they wear down
