I just posted a behind the scenes VLOG from this trip over on Patreon! I'm going to start doing this quite regularly. Check it out and more behind the scenes content here: patreon.com/thestorytillnow
So you got the jeep dialed in everything is on course for something big. What's next for the tstn team?
Great video you guys ever think to switch to a dedicated winter tire set up with narrow tires just for 3 months i bet they would cut threw the snow better? I know it’s a pain to switch wheels over but I bet u could go deeper into the trails with a dedicated snow and ice tire set up ? Whst u think 😊
I'm currently at 8:51 so I'm expecting someone to start chanting "red rum, red rum, red rum, red rum!" Is that still coming? Or has it been edited out and it's in the "behind the scenes" part of it?
where is that ?
Where is the Bigfoot ???
You should get encounter with it
If you are reading this, may God remove your doubts, worries, fears and replace them with good health, happiness and peace.
I read this, and God gave me diarrhea, depression, and turned my wife into a raging nagging bitch.
🙏
OMG I literally was saying God I put my trust in to you I don’t know how things will be better I’m feeling doubts, worries, and fears can’t think of ways to solve this however I’m putting my trust in to you God … same moment I open this video and sow your txt 😮 I’m grateful to you my Creator and thank you @relixmeme for your great txt …. Alhamdu le Allah
Thank you, And thank god🙏
There are no gods
That drone footage of you plowing through the snow is incredible.

对的对的!我被惊呆了。简直就像电影画面
I don't know how you guys are able to produce such high quality content every week. It's awesome and I appreciate all the work you guys do!
Thank you! It's a huge undertaking, but I can tell you without question that it is better than a desk job. 👍
Absolutely, he should have at least 250k subscribers and his job is much better than mine 😢😂
It’s what they do for a living.
Shawn and the gang make better videos and quality of videos than the larger corporations. The places that they go to and their positive attitudes make Story Till Now a must watch every week.
It’s called youtube paychecks. People make a fortune here if they can do it right.
This is the best Off-road Channel out there !!
The Filming is next level. Shaun obviously spends the time to get the shots so we can enjoy his amazing adventures. The editing and filming are like a movie !! ❤️🙏
Thank you so much
Really deserves 3x more subs
During the winter months you see a lot of snow wheeling videos on various channels. They tend to get momatamous. But not this channel. The next step up would be a Piston Bully.
Great video , word of advice , if you suspect any snow coming , it would pay to take a roll of yarn of 100 percent cotton , cut little pieces and every 100 yards or so , tie some off to branches. If you get snow like that , you are able to come back out the way you went in and you can leave it there for others or for repeat trips.
I drop cookies. Don’t have to get out.
Or back track the route that is tracked on their gps
I take a roll of small reflective paracord just for this. Even in the dark its easily seen
@@2wheeltravel401then animals eat them .
That drone footage in front of the cars is next level.
Hands down the best snow wheeling ever. I am not sure how we continue to just keep making sh*t happen like this but it's fun!
We’re professionals at getting into trouble.
Glad you got to return for another vid. I’m impressed with the snow wheeling and happy you guys got out safe.
Beautiful cinematography as usual, and jealous of the epic scenery around you. I know you guys already do this, but for those reading the comments, one thing I learned in boating was to always leave a breadcrumb line with the chart plotter because we often returned in the dark. Most boats have no lights that can help you see ahead or points of reference, so returning on the same line saved us many times. Even if I know the area, I do the same whenever I go off-road. With the off-road apps, they can accurately mark the trails within a few meters.
This is epic overlanding footage. Clearly, you invested much time and effort recording and compiling wonderful video segments for which I am thankful. Just awesome! Thanks again guys.
Glad you enjoyed it!
How ridiculously fun is this! You’re living the dream man!
JUST AWESOME !!!
The radio talk made this amazing to watch, a great film.
Thanks!
OMG! These guys know how to film. Every single shot is like so perfectly shot. The angles, the views, the timing. Too perfect! Oh yeah the drone shot! In front of the jeep as it pushes through the untraveled road. So enjoyable! Glad I found it! The only downfall is you want to be there but you are not.
Hey thanks! Make sure you’re subscribed for new adventures weekly :)
That may be some of the most amazing off-road drone footage I have ever seen. Awesome video, as always!
Wow, thanks!
@@TheStoryTillNow What drone are using for this video? Do you have a list of your camera gear? Thanks.
I am convinced. Canadians are just built differently
.
I see this episode first time on Casey chanell but in your chanel is more Epic
man i wish i had friends like u guys, i recently bought a wrangler but nobody to go out exploring with, looks like fun. God bless
Excellent vid and fantastic production!!!!!!!! Glad you guys made it out safely and always looking forward to future content! Stay safe and all the best
This is like the Anthony Bourdain of outdoors. #Hooked
Hey thank you so much!
Investing 10 dollars in a snow brush might be a good idea LOL
Incredible footage ...awesome drone drops and watched every second of this jaw dropping scenery. Outstanding.❤
Absolutely mind blowing adventure with snow...great rigs and awesome videography
Based on the slide at 8:58, can I assume that is Chehalis Lake? As a suggestion, your jeeps are LIGHT ENOUGH that you could put inflatable PONTOONS onto them with a collapsible floor rig of aluminum pipes for support which you can drive right onto at some beach and then put an EV outboard motor to drive you via the lake waterway to the FAR NORTHERN parts of the valley which have roads that go another 40 km into the ice-field valleys.
You can use the same technique to goto the top of Stave Lake and drive ANOTHER 100 KM on the abandoned logging roads past the old airstrip (i.e. you can bypass the washed out sections using this floating pontoon system) you can even get to Skookumchuck and Lillooet Lake if you're willing to get lots of tree stripes down the sides of the vehicles!
AND .... if you want to do the TWO MOST ULTIMATE OFF-ROAD TRIPS in B.C., do the logging roads from the TOP of Bute Inlet up to the valleys in-between White Mantle Mountain and Merlon Mountain. The terrain is almost terrifying yet logging was a mainstay there back in the 1970's so there are still drivable roads up there!
You start at Homathko Camp at GPS: 50.953641, -124.868331 and goes to the end of the roads at 51.242283, -125.230524
And the OTHER UTTERLY WILD OFF-ROAD TRIP is from the top of Knight Inlet at 51.069050, -125.556706 to the high valley Waddington-A area at 51.413002, -125.679097
On BOTH TRIPS you can actually hire a 40 foot front-loading landing craft to take you and your Jeeps to the beachheads of both inlets and drive the logging roads from there. ENSURE you have VHF radios and a Satellite phone with extra power charging packs!
This is a multiday trip and goes through really big terrain AND also be prepared for big game (i.e. bears and cougar!) and probably Sasquatches and Dogmen too! :-) :-) Remember to download close-up Satellite view maps to take with you so you can figure out where you are.

Thanks For Post Clean Content😊So My Grand Kids Can Watch
Awesome video. Your drone footage is epic. Once again thanks for sharing your adventures
Wow! Thanks for taking us along for the ride - insane footage! Love it! Thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it!
This video is visually stunning, with cinematic shots captured from all the right angles. It's truly impressive.
I absolutely loved it. A great thank you from skykomish Washington
Dam that looks amazing,I have never been anywhere that it snows like that.Looks like something out of a crazy movie
Best video this year so far! Amazing cinematography, the drone shots looked amazing! Must've been so fun to drive through fresh deep powder snow!
Thanks a ton!
@@TheStoryTillNow What drone are you using? Thanks!
The pure irony of all that snow is that it's so peaceful and quiet out there in the back country winter roads, you can actually say to yourself WHO CARES if I am stranded for a few days! One day, I'd like to take a fully-supplied and fully overlanded/boondocking-modded Jeep Gladiator Rubicon on 37's out to Central-coast and Northwestern British Columbia in the middle of winter and purposefully stay for THREE MONTHS in the snowy back country to do nothing but winter camping, ice fishing, snowshowing and EV-snowmobile-sledding! Living off of freeze-dried and MRE food and caught fish, with just my solar charging units, propane heater tanks and firewood to survive. I will be enjoying the snowfall and peace of nature at it's winter best! Even a massive blizzard has its inherent beauty to enjoy!
I wouldn't come back to civilization until the spring! I would be TRULY and FULLY off-grid!

Best footage on RUclips with a sound track to match. Perfect.
Amazing shots and beautiful rigs
Such awesome drone shots!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Great drone coverage
This video more epic than Frozen movie
The footage is next level .. I don’t think any filmmaker can shoot this quality content in such harsh conditions. Appreciate it bro 🔥
It's awesome, check out (Living the Van Life) Chad films his trip to the Arctic Ocean, wow.
What an amazing adventure!
With the music and shots, I jumped up, threw my popcorn in the air, screamed, and clapped as loud as I could.
Heck yeah!
Best Jeep advertisement ever
i was wondering why y'all didn't park facing the road, or away from the logs. lesson learned, y'all will know next time. Amazing views and videography. I really enjoyed it. thanks for taking us along.
I noticed that too... that's the first rule of survival...
Awesome work and beautiful shots! We've been stuck in the snow for almost two weeks now, still loved watching some epic snow adventuring.
It's not a content,but this is a film
Wow! I never knew this could become a kinda sport. Fifty years ago, when I was in Alberta, I often enjoyed taking a run into Johnson's canyon or the foothills, to see how far I could get in my little sedan. A guy I worked with had a jeep truck (like an army vehicle), 4 wheel drive and he would go winter camping -45 below F- . I loved the feeling, the smell, the sense of Being Alive that winter in the mountains gave me. Interested to see more of your journeys and descriptions of your rigs.
This has to be one of the best offroad video I’ve seen! The cinematography is so incredible and I love what you did with the color grading. Oscar worthy. Just wow.
Hey thank you so much
Thanks Shaun for another great off road adventure. The snow made it very interesting and the drone footage - awesome.
Love the background music, goes well with the scenery
As Always .. Thanks for the Ride !!👍
You give me the most inspiration to explore and adventure Australia where I live. The content you put out is an incredible escape for me and I can't express enough how much you make me enjoy living life. Thank you for all you do, and I can't wait to continue to experience your adventures through these incredible videos.
Incredible, being able to camp under those weather conditions is epic. Congratulations, I hope I can do it one day.
Half of my life i lived at -40C. And you fools barely surved at -10? Sometimes i wonder how do people like you are alive until such age
You fellas are living the life, thank God for your fortune 🙏
Amazing footage ..Wondering who was operating drone on the go.
Isso que eu chamo de extrema adrenalina! 🇧🇷🇧🇷
Great to see Shaun and Casey out for a rip again. We got hit with the same storm on Vancouver Island, about 30cm in six hours made for some fun powder snow wheeling the next day. Keep the great videos coming, thanks
Amazing cinematography
Jesus! I watch snow camping videos to relax! @ 8:40 when the music kicks in with the high production, my heart and mind prepared for war. Was like watching an episode of Vikings! LOVE IT!
lol thank you
You know it's gonna be a good episode when the orange pants come out. Good to see Casey again! Excellent music choices as always.
Well that was just EPIC.
WOW! Insane powder. If you guys had not been back there you would have not been the first. Watched Casey's video too and he covered going in really good but the drone footage of you blasting through the pass was one of the most epic scenes I have seen. Only have had that once in my FJ60 many years ago so I know how it feels. AWESOME!
The quality of this video
May be late to the race, but I always range carded the route in and out when expecting inclement weather at elevation or by rivers. Memories can be deceptive when the landmarks are covered. Saved my ass in Japan when the CO wanted to spend the night out when blizzard was coming with expected 12-20 inch totals.
Never sure what I am more jealous of, your rig or the awesome shots you get. How did the drone handle that kinda snow fall? Cool trail shot at the beach, it's like Google Trail View Live!
Handles it well. Who knows how much water is inside it though lol
That was a brilliant episode!!!!! You are a great storyteller, fella :D
Thank you kindly!
Absolutely awesome video
Unreal. Stuff like this just makes you want to live life fuller
absolutely amazing and epic video. the drone shooting and edit are unforgettable.
Hands down absolutely the best filmed overlanding channel on RUclips! The video quality is unbelievable! I’m not obsessed with this channel you are!
Thing about snow wheeling is it’s so clean. No mud, no dust. None of the nasty stuff. We always enjoyed the winter wheeling much better, didn’t tear up brakes , bearings etc.
Just awesome ! Love the music yall put into videos
I absolutely love the music in this episode!
I loved it. Thanks for the ride.
Wow! Great production…inspiring.
One of my favourite videos. I've driven similar conditions in Scotland, Uk and you can't beat driving when its all fresh. Love it!
this is why I ALWAYS track my routes using Gaiagps... you can zoom right in on your previous track, and just follow it back if you need to. GPS is accurate to within 6ft or so depending on your GPS satelite source (I use my Garmin Inreach)...
Amazing landscapes!
damn like most comments here. That was some of the best footage i've seen on youtube! Toyota owner here and i must say after watching this video, it made me believe in jeeps again! well done
The music in your videos is perfect.
Legendary man
Great video and love the drone footage
I love your videos, you change to a different angle at just the right times and have done such a great job editing it - it feels like a TV show of sorts! I never feel like I want to skip through at all! Love the content!
Thank you so much!
"Intresting" is not a word.
Thank you for sharing
Thanks for the video Shaun, That's a lot of snow.
Thanks for watching!
Scenery is so beautiful, clean and crisp would’ve loved to be riding/ driving in it ❤️❤️❤️
This is fabulous!
Just briliant the drone footage from front on with a bow wake awsome. Watching in 30 C in Australia, just can't imagine the cold, oh I can I spent a Christmas in Edmonton...
What an incredible video!
Glad you think so!
Thanks for the great . . . up-close footage; just awesome!
WoW! Epic snow footage!
How ridiculously fun is this! You’re living the dream man!. Absolutely mind blowing adventure with snow...great rigs and awesome videography.
I really like your storytelling / editing paradigm. You have the recipe for quality content.
Awesome footage and amazing jeeps💯👍💯👍Thank goodness you made it out safely, EPIC ADVENTURES 👋🤗
Keep it up
Love from Manipur India
this is the best snow footage yet!
The best one yet Shawn! Lovin all your videos!

The filming is incredible.
