Hi! Film that i just saw is amazing! No words only goosebumps! Editing is awesome? music you chosen muatches wonderfull esp part with electronic techno. Could to tell me, please, what LUT or filter do you use on drone, is that cp-l give that interesting style in night scenes? and what rig for shooting, lens? If it is not a secret)
Have you had any troubles transferring out of 4 low ? I keep getting the low and sway bar discount light coming on to add to the trouble when i transfer into 4 hi then 2 hi to get back on the roads the gladiator won’t give any power and doesn’t go over 30 mph ! It’s only when I shut the Jeep off and restart that the system resets itself..
Another awesome video.. Wth the OnX what GPS, what device are you using it on? Is it a tablet or an actual gps? If its a tablet, how does it track you with not reception? Thank you in advance.
Take it from someone that lives in the mountains and does a lot of snow wheeling and recoveries, that was very impressive! Your drone shots are excellent while moving. Looking forward to the next video.
🤣let him come to us in Russia in the city of Oymyakon or Yakutsk where the temperature is minus 71 degrees Celsius!!!! He wouldn’t stand like that in a cap and the wheels of his jeep would simply burst from such a temperature!! In such regions of Russia they use special antifreeze because regular antifreeze freezes...
@@МаксимНевский-э7иyeah, our trucks aren’t built for extreme cold because they never see extreme cold like that. Those temps aren’t seen around the world so why would we design a truck to withstand such temps when they’d never see them?
@@ChrisRedding1 Are you writing that there are no such temperatures in the whole world? I wrote that in Russia (in Eastern Siberia) in winter it is up to 72 degrees Celsius and people live there all the time ...!!!
@@МаксимНевский-э7и that’s not what I said at all. He’s in Canada. It gets cold, not -71C cold. The US and Canada has no need to build trucks for those temps because we don’t see those temps. You’re comparing apples to oranges.
Love seeing two of the best guys in the business hit the trail together. Shaun, the night shots just keep getting better every week! Better to see it late than never.
Using the drone to capture all of those low angle shots is pure and epic. I kept thinking to myself “how is he getting all these insane tripod angles without tracking his feet in the snow?!” And then I realized those were ALL drone shots… amazing!
These snow trip videos you're making are epic. The trip is awesome, the filming is excellent, and the sound and editing just really finishes them off perfectly. The night time bits with the vehicle lights add so much to the video too. I bet Nate must be considering a trailer destroyer too after a few of these trips. Wish I'd known about your channel before my last Canada winter adventure trip.
Just amazing. Never seen this kind of offroad experience in snow. Thanks a lot for bringing this amazing experience to us. Kudos to your efforts, determination, camera angles, editing, etc. You guys are awesome.
That climb looked tough and I’m sure plowing away foot by foot was frustrating at times. You got incredible footage for everyone though 👍👍👍 we appreciate that.
Man, I love the content over the last few months! As a newer adventurer, these videos keep me happy until my rig is ready to adventure! Thanks for the great content!
B.C. is beautiful country. You show it off in a most engaging way. You showed both determination and common sense in this video. We’ve all had to ‘turn around’ on a trek or two. Some didn’t and payed the ultimate price. Keep exploring and keep sharing!
I personally love ONx because I tend to go out without any actual plans or mapped out routes and its SO convenient being able to just follow my way in back out, or find a connecting trail that loops back out. Have fun in Moab! I can't wait to see the videos from you and Casey. Being deployed and away from my jeep is easier when I can still watch these videos and have a taste of it.
Listening to that jeep roar up that hill in the dark at 10 minutes was equally spooky and badass. Just refound this channel and it makes me want to go camping!
I don't have any experience myself, but I can't help but feeling like a slow-plow attachment on the front would help out so much for adventures like these. Great video, I was entertained the entire time, and those drone shots are fantastic.
The guy is at 199K subs, Just do the man his due respect and subrscribe. I have no affiliation with Sean, but I have watched from the start. Epic Canadian wheeling channel one of the best in the world at this. That Andrew St.Pierre White can take a back seat.
Same here. I watched from the beginning. Some of the best vids on YT when it comes to visuals and editing regardless of topic, but I do love the topic(Jeeps)😅
He’s such a small RUclipsr but growing incredibly fast. Top quality content, no drama, no BS titles just Shaun’s gladiator and friends having a a good time
i've been stuck out there pretty bad like this with two other trucks, luckily we were camping too and we had food for three days. Couple of guys got wet and hypothermic, we were all exhausted from trying to get one rig self recovered so it was pretty hard to shovel snow, find and fetch firewood. all part of the adventure but not the camping experience we anticipated
I’d feel so safe and confident on making it to the destination in both trucks due to the knowledge & gear ready for this terrain. The jeep at 9:57 explains it all 💪🏾 what a beast !
Probably the first offroad channel I've seen where the people actually know how to snow wheel! Going into the low single digits and pulling the valve stem told me they were pros lol
Do you even know yourself how much of a masterpiece your videos are?! Much respect for those crisp camera angels, along with the beautiful music that really fits the occasion. Much love from Norway❤️🇳🇴

I think, you should have put something like a triangle in front of your car so that there was less pressure on the car and the snow was easily scattered around instead of creating a wall of snow in front of your car.
Might be a daft idea, but could you fix a solid bar between both vehicles, and train it. So the vehicle behind can add some push power essentially making you like an 8x8? Curious to know if that could work to get through real heavy snow. Great effort though!

What a waste of gas.
A set of tire chains would help you immensely.
While watching this whole video I was thinking this too 🤔🤔
They only make chains so big! Then there's clearance issues
I didn't think their off-road tires looked snow rated either.... I see deep groves but overall a flat tire
No way on chains. In deep powder, 2 psi on beadlocks is way better than chains. Nate knows he should have brought beadlocks
The best option is to put studded tires

Why no tire chains or studded tires?
Studded tires are for ice.
But ya, definitely some chains would help them here
The question is to tell effective tire change or snow socks or anything like that how effective is it why don't you try it
Watching this video on Labor Day weekend 2023, this was quite the adventure. Breakfast was the best thing on this trip.
At the risk of asking a stupid question, why would snow chains not work?
Probably because the snow are fresh🥹 I’m not too sure tho

This video alone has confirmed that I need 40’s on my Jeep gladiator ecodiesel for Alberta winters lol good stuff man
that jeep was gasping for air with all that snow covering the front grill lol... great video thanks for sharing
I cannot fathom how you even went 8 km in that snow....your trucks are well suited for that trail. I'm sure you'll try it again
It always sucks to have to make the call to take a bypass or turn around, but sometimes you just have to do it. My wimpy Pentastar might have made it 1/2 a mile up that trail 😂😂😂
One tip use a v shape bumper in deep show so that atleast half of snow weight is removed to side
Those drone shots of you plowing through the snow was epic !
Epic built Taco and JT on 40s: "We got this"
BC Snow: "Hold my beer"
Buggy with portals and 50s(?): "What snow?"
Chains or some high tech tire cover should help. I wonder about a V shaped plow attachment. Moving the snow to the sides may require much less effort.
I love your sense of adventure. For next run, get some snow chains. That would make it way easier. Almost like paddles in snow 👍🏽
All that is easily done with 1 wd (one axle chained, no locker). Airing down lowers traction in deep snow, you end up with a bigger ski.
These videos are so nice and calming to watch
I’m in Arizona, can’t say I’ve had the opportunity to tackle that kind of a trail ! Good effort and you had me cheering for you guys !

regularly clean out the front radiator opening or overheat

Lol. Casey throwin that sausage out the door was priceless.
Removing the snow from the grill will help the Jeep cooling system.
Camera work is simply amazing.
Wow, talk about beating on your rig. 🔥
Just trying too hard to be cool. 👀
Amazing cinematography! Must take so much effort to get all those angels.
What's better than driving in snow and seeing this view?
Watching from Northern Vermont my driveway is like this bro lol
that was pretty badass buds
Airing down in snow doesn’t help much. It just compresses the snow, making it slicker, not grippier. Snow isn’t like sand-it’s loose, and traction comes from good winter tires, not lower pressure. Save the hassle and stick to the basics
That is just not true. Every pound of pressure makes a massive difference in snow. A larger contact patch provides more traction. That is the basics.
you guys are crazy and very adventurous. I got stuck on 2 inches of snow depths for 5 hours before. scared the craps out of me. great video. good luck.
It was a visual beauty that seemed to come out soaked in the snow. ❄☃
Cool video guys! I am a native British Columbian and love seeing videos in our backcountry 🤘🏻
That V8 sounds great, awesome trip to highlight the power!
As always, superb video capture to tell the story, thanks Shaun!
Hey guy’s my name is Tony I love watching your videos I live in Northern California it’s really awesome that you guys can drive through that much snow
One thing ill miss in the winter is the lifted jeep wrangler i had makes you feel unstoppable for sure
