I would call this a trifecta. We get the "new" track truck on its first recovery, Ethan, and Grumpy - all in one video! This gives everyone a better explanation of why you were looking forward to the Dodge on tracks versus the Jeep - being able to haul more than one passenger when you go out. Plus the Dodge just looks awesome on those tracks.
Definitely, A fun team to watch. Now, if we could only get some video of Casey snatch-block pulling Grumpy into the truck... Actually, you'd better not, the grade on that one would probably not be passing.
As a fellow cascadian I not only appreciate your service to the community, I appreciate your content. Great channel, and dude. I’m glad I found it. You keep on truckin brother.
Good to see Grumpy again as he provides a good perspective on the situations. It is also good to see one of Casey's vehicles on the tracks. The silver pickup is great on tracks. Good job all.
Grumpy is a Wise Old Man and it is a joy to see him in videos, and Casey Thank you for all you do, i may not be in the industry but i like thanking each and everyone that is because the towing industry is a thankless one unless people need you until the bill comes, so thank you, and thank you Grumpy and new guy, whose name is said every video but escapes me at the moment of typing this comment, and this is the first time i am first posting a comment(might not be first when i actually post this)
Great video! Really enjoying the banter with the 3 of you. Ethan has a sly wit that is amusing. Casey’s dedication to getting better keeps me watching.
Hey! Good morning Casey! I have to admit that I thought I was going to miss the track Jeep, but after seeing the Dodge on tracks I have changed my mind. The Dodge looks waaaaaaay better on those beefy tracks and I can see where the extra weight can be a huge advantage when it comes to pulling other vehicles. It is always a pleasure to have Grumpy along! 👍
Tracked jeep replacement seems so cool. Tracked jeep used to be always my favorite to see. Oh, an none of those soft shackes, it's season for hard shackes :D
When you were first rolling up to the stuck truck I was worried about the fact that you seemed to be sinking into the snow far more than I'd seen the red jeep do. I decided that it was primarily the snow conditions that were causing that. Then when you said at the end that the grey truck with those tracks is around twice the weight of the red jeep on tracks it made a little more sense! 🙂
Grumpy old mad reminds me of my grandfather. My grandfather’s grumpiness would escalate quickly to full throttle rage. As a kid I was very uneasy around him, and didn’t volunteer to visit.
Big fan of Casey and Everything Autos but when they upload at the approximate same time I click on Casey’s vid first. Not meant as an insult to EA but a huge compliment to this channel- thanks for the great content sir 🤠
Nice to see the track Ram getting to do some work. Definitely more capable with the heavier truck than the jeep was. Plus having all of the storage with utility bed is going to be a lot nicer. Great video as always!
Grumpy sure is lucky to have you. That truck is So much more awesome than the tracks on the Jeep. Love the line lock for the brakes too. Oh and at least when the ring is frosty and cold, you won't burn your rope LOL..
Great video!! The Dodge looks great with the new tracks on it!!! Smart decision to go bigger. You're right about needing to do a LOT more rigging if you were doing that job with the Jeep. Always enjoy seeing Grumpy in your videos. Ethan is doing a great job helping with the rigging as well as doing a superb job on the camera!!
Its always nice when the customer actually listens, i do off-road recoveries every once in awhile mainly in mud but its amazing how you tell people what to do and they do not listen at all.
Brilliant work ethic displayed by Casey! No dangerous shortcuts or hillbilly power trips. Safe, planned recovery by a man that knows his trade. Well done!
Love the tracks on the Ram! Just one little issue, not even a bad one! Its the color. The silver blends in with the snow. Needs some Cascade red. Thanks for all you do!
I work in a different industry, and I have never seen a truck converted to run on tracks, but I was very impressed by the speed that you could make using a track system.
You just make it look so easy Casey. I have watched all the vids you did on the yankum ropes and the rings, I'm still having issues believing that they don't burn rubbing on the rings. Amazing stuff that Yankum stuff.
That truck looked great with the wheels that were on it, now it looks amazing. I love that the tracks are even somewhat colour matched. A supercharger would help the power to weight difference between it and the Jeep. 😉
So awesome to see the offical first track truck rescue. Indeed what a weird winter for Oregon. Awesome strategy pulling this heavy Dodge Ram out of the ditch and bank. Definitely gotta watch the slope and corners on these forest roads in the snow especially. Yikes Ethan that adventure got wild! Casey that was an awesome assist getting Grumpy into the truck. Which is sooo amazing on tracks! That truck sure keeps on trucking!
🤔🤔🤔and the answer is......... IF Grumpy gets a play-date with Casey, isn't he going to be a whole lot "happier" when he's home around Mrs Grumpy??!! Absolutely!! Go have FUN!!🙃 Mrs G
One thing I’m definitely impressed with all those tracks when you were backing up. Pulling the truck those wide tracks are breaking a pathway for him that really helped out in and out of the thing you left your truck running while using the winch some of these other guys and his recovery shows they do shutter trucks off that’s harder on the windings of the winch motors anyway, good job, keeping your truck running I can’t understand some of these guys man you know they’re extremely good at what they do like Matts off-road recovery. This guy is great Rory, Petro Mater these guys know their business, but most of the time they don’t leave their engines running, and that’s harder on the windings of the motors on the winches. This is six and a rowJim from Kennerdell Pennsylvania, I have a 91.5 dodge with a six banger under the hood. Yeah it goes clutter clutter clutter when it’s idling I wouldn’t trade that truck for a brand new one if they offered me a brand new one even up for a Towne give me the cash difference.
Wow! Ethan AND Grumpy with you on this recovery!! I really enjoy how you are teaching Ethan the 'tricks of the trade' on these recoveries to help build his skills at doing this sort of thing...and I'm sure Mrs. Grumpy thanks you, too, for these recovery opportunities that get Grumpy out from under her feet...😀
Personally if I was going driving in the mountains & off the main roads I the snow & ice the first thing i would buy is a winch & some slings & chains. You got to be risking your life getting stuck in these remote locations & not being equipped for it. Great content though Casey really enjoy your snow rescues.
Hi Casey, first time watching your channel! Just love it. You are so daring with what you do to recover the vehicles. Keep being safe and thank you for all you for the people that you are helping.
I am liking the new recovery vehicle. Utility bed, four door fullsize. More room in cab more storage space in back. Added weight for recovery over the jeep. The down side would be the trucks size in tight trails.
I would not be caught dead with those tires on any kind of trail road like that especially in the higher elevations. Basically those tires are for very light 4x4ing or just driving around town in a moderate white out. Your truck gave me an idea for a light duty 5500 series Cummins with a Vulcan V-24 minus the Stinger with that track setup that you are using. Great Videos Thank You 🙏
Cut 12 inch wide by 3 ft long pieces off a plastic bed liner. Cut from the front of the bed liner and leave 6 inches of the head gate part of the liner. Use those when you are pulling a vehicle sideways from the tire and wheel. That's what I always use they work great. Been doing that for years. Troy is my old roommate from when I used to live in bend

But no Rusty … Can’t find sad face emoji
Mis Grump go help Casey your driving me nuts😅😅
Definitely, A fun team to watch.
Now, if we could only get some video of Casey snatch-block pulling Grumpy into the truck...
Actually, you'd better not, the grade on that one would probably not be passing.
Well, technicly... its a Jeep, or did you miss that video?
Wait, did the Cherokee have seating for 5 people?
As a fellow cascadian I not only appreciate your service to the community, I appreciate your content. Great channel, and dude. I’m glad I found it. You keep on truckin brother.
I so enjoy this trio of Casey, Grumpy and Ethan. Ethan does great filming.
Ethan is proving to be a valuable member of the team. Good camera work and has some good ideas
Grumpy cam.😉
I agree 102%
We love grumpy in your videos. So let him come more often
👍
Grumpy's wife agrees ;)
Good to see Grumpy again as he provides a good perspective on the situations. It is also good to see one of Casey's vehicles on the tracks. The silver pickup is great on tracks. Good job all.
Awesome recovery. And for some reason, that Dodge just looks like the tracks were specifically made for it. It looks natural.
Cool to see the track truck out. Always love a video with Grumpy, I'm sure his wisdom is much appreciated 😂😂
Grumpy is a Wise Old Man and it is a joy to see him in videos, and Casey Thank you for all you do, i may not be in the industry but i like thanking each and everyone that is because the towing industry is a thankless one unless people need you until the bill comes, so thank you, and thank you Grumpy and new guy, whose name is said every video but escapes me at the moment of typing this comment, and this is the first time i am first posting a comment(might not be first when i actually post this)
Ethan?
Has any one forgotten who Grumpy is? coincidence no one remembers yes man.😉
Great video. I love absolutely to see Grumpy back in the thick of things! Awesome teamwork! 😊 Thanks for sharing! 😊
The dodge on the mat tracks sure looks like it works better that the tracked jeep did on your old tracks
Nice to see all three boys out on this rescue. Crazy that this is the first track rescue of the snow season. This is a wild winter.
I love it when grumpy comes along, i can feel his judgement flowing. Glad we got a passing grade though.
Wow! that is some pice of kit! The Dodge on tracks looks like something International Rescue would deploy from Thunderbird 2
Hi - I like how you give grumpy some fun and allow him to participate- that helps keep him happier - well done!!!
Love the new tracked truck. The fella did a great job assisting , he knows how to drive. ✌️
This is the reason why I started watching your channel.
Great video! Really enjoying the banter with the 3 of you. Ethan has a sly wit that is amusing. Casey’s dedication to getting better keeps me watching.
That's awesome that you found a second set of those tracks for Rick Murphy
Awesome Recovery. Love the new Track Dodge, looks beefy! I’m glad to see Grumpy is recovering and moving around well!
That truck looks absolutely amazing on those tracks. As a service truck it's beautiful.
It's because it's a 3rd gen Dodge Ram
Tracked jeep replacement seems so cool. Tracked jeep used to be always my favorite to see. Oh, an none of those soft shackes, it's season for hard shackes :D

More weight and less surface area will cause it to sink into the snow much more, which is exactly what I want
Grumpy old mad reminds me of my grandfather. My grandfather’s grumpiness would escalate quickly to full throttle rage. As a kid I was very uneasy around him, and didn’t volunteer to visit.
Any video with Grumpy is a good one!
I really like grumpy. He’s so simple and super nice. He reminds me of my dad. God bless.
He sure does! I lost my dad a few years ago. It's really nice to see the interactions between Father and son. Makes me not miss mine quite so much❤
Big fan of Casey and Everything Autos but when they upload at the approximate same time I click on Casey’s vid first. Not meant as an insult to EA but a huge compliment to this channel- thanks for the great content sir 🤠
71 year old woman who loves both of these channels!
Glad you bring Grumpy along. As we get older, it's hard to find purpose in life. You give him purpose. Good on you !
The Dodge on the tracks did a great job on its first job! Good to see Grumpy too!
Nice to see the track Ram getting to do some work. Definitely more capable with the heavier truck than the jeep was. Plus having all of the storage with utility bed is going to be a lot nicer. Great video as always!

Real ramps, no wooden blocks on the load / unload. Major upgrade.
Wood blocks are way easier, but won't work on this trailer
Its always nice when the customer actually listens, i do off-road recoveries every once in awhile mainly in mud but its amazing how you tell people what to do and they do not listen at all.
Well done Casy . That is a great machine.😊
Brilliant work ethic displayed by Casey! No dangerous shortcuts or hillbilly power trips. Safe, planned recovery by a man that knows his trade. Well done!
Yes been looking forward to the silver dodge first tracked recovery
Casey's Daycare for Grumpy! Nice work on that one, The new tracktruck seems to be doing great.
Love the tracks on the Ram! Just one little issue, not even a bad one! Its the color. The silver blends in with the snow. Needs some Cascade red. Thanks for all you do!
I'm hooked. I absolutely love all of your videos and the fact that you are doing so much work free to the customer. Keep up the good work Casey!!
You take such good care of Grumpy and Ethan is so good at stating the obvious.
The truck looks amazing with the tracks and looks like it’s working out well as a recovery vehicle! 👍👍
Might want to make a set of sliders that work as steps for Grumpy to get in easier. Good video guys!
I work in a different industry, and I have never seen a truck converted to run on tracks, but I was very impressed by the speed that you could make using a track system.
They are rated for 40mph, but I’ve had it up to 50
I love the parking break. I love how you always get it done with what you have and not always having fancy new things. Love watching your videos.
A GREAT BUNCH OF FRIENDS OUT DOING A JOB AND MAKING IT FUN!
You just make it look so easy Casey.
I have watched all the vids you did on the yankum ropes and the rings, I'm still having issues believing that they don't burn rubbing on the rings. Amazing stuff that Yankum stuff.
Ask yourself this.. Why don’t the normal spinning rings completely destroy the soft shackle every time they get used??
"A little bit better if ya work at it"
"When ya get'em outta here, we'll give ya an OK"
Grumpy is the Best ❤
That is sick.. I stopped what I was doing when I saw this posted. Thanks for the video
Great job Casey, you did it again. We are so happy for you and your great work - helping those who needed your help. God bless and keep you always.
That selfie stick created a double image. I like the tracks.
That truck looked great with the wheels that were on it, now it looks amazing. I love that the tracks are even somewhat colour matched. A supercharger would help the power to weight difference between it and the Jeep. 😉
As a fellow Oregonian I love you Grumpy!
What a genius parking brake
That maroon P/U is beautiful, so glad it didn't get tore up.
That thing is just awesome. It almost makes a recovery into a play date lol. That truck was no little thing. Ethan is doing a great job recording
so wise , Thank You. Another fine rescue and teamwork in action
I love that you followed him out! Hate when people just "get you out" and then leave you.
Grumpy adds so much to the videos. Thank you for sharing Casey. Give Riley a hug for me when you get home. Cya

Method to the madness 😂
Awesome, He knew just what to do. Great job guys🤟🙂🖤
OK so that track truck is a Beast...if I had one of those I'd actually love living up north again...excellent video. Great job..thanks for sharing
Those tracks are game changers!!! My rope catches like that too!
Great snow recovery

The One Key To every job is "Have A Good Time While Your Doing It" and you do !!!
These recovery missions you guys do are everything! You're just Awesome guys doing a great job. Thanks for everything you do!!!
You make it look easy, I wheeled a lot in my younger days and I know that knowing what your doing makes it look easy
I think this is what makes Casey so genuine he cares about his community and his friends like family.
That truck is awesome on tracks. Great pull on your winch - that's why I bought two of them (front and back). Good job Casey!
Nice shake down to share with us, almost seemed too easy, lol! Thanx !
Great job to highlight the new track Jeep!
I absolutely love any tracked recoverys you do plus the big tow truck thx for showing us this recovery Casey ❤️👍
Great Job Casey and guy's, on getting the dodge truck back on the road.. Track truck works great..
I could watch you and grumpy for hours. I enjoy your videos and I watch them alot. Casey the Dodge track-truck looks awesome. Keep up the great work.
Love ya Mr. Grump, you are doing a great job keeping those fellows out of trouble. lol
We love "Grumpy the Gnome"!
Personally if I was going driving in the mountains & off the main roads I the snow & ice the first thing i would buy is a winch & some slings & chains.
You got to be risking your life getting stuck in these remote locations & not being equipped for it.
Great content though Casey really enjoy your snow rescues.
This set of tracks are worth every penny that you spent.
It’s 66 and cloudy here and I don’t feel like going outside to cold start my minivan. 😎.So I’ll watch this instead
I really like the heavy wrecker but I have missed the off-road and snow recovery, and having Grumpy on again is just the icing on the cake.
Great Combo, heavier truck, heavier tracks, Heavier Recovery!!
Great Video, Casey. Stay Safe out there!!
MWP Cosby Tn
Yeah!we're on the road with the 3 Amigos +tracked pickup😂😂😂from BIGMICK IN THE UK 🇬🇧 without snow
There are no trail recoveries around here. Everything is forest service roads
I love the bond between Casey and Grumpy. True friendship doesn’t care how old/young you are.
Great Videos Thank You 🙏
This was an awesome video, the Dodge Ram with tracks, Grumpy, and Ethan what a combinational team. So, stay safe, warm/cool, and blessings.
I often wonder how many people you pull out end up getting their own winch once they see how well they work..
Great job guys. Thank you 😊
Grumpy going with Casey means Mrs. Grumpy can pretend to be Ms. Slightly-Less-Annoyed for a while... and it's fun for us viewers to watch. 😂
Plus it gets him out in the fresh air which is better than sitting around in the house, not to mention some exercise is always good. :-)
That was a grate investment Casey ,,,, I see the difference between the track jeep and what ya have now ,,,
The tracks are great! I really like em.
I'll get rid of them soon.
That truck that y’all rescued is beautiful!
Great recovery 😜. Thanks 👍 for sharing an be safe 🙏.
Studded tires are a must for winter
