I was an assembler for many years and I've had customers call me to assemble there items and bikes were always the top item I put together. I've always used sockets and wrenches and hex sockets.

Looking good . If you have an air compressor with the proper head you can get the tip just under the handle grip , shoot it with air and it will pop right off easy peasy . I have had a hard time with them in the past until I learned this trick .....the struggle is real .

For sure that’s such a good way to wrestle ‘em off there. I just don’t have my air compressor ready to go in a moment’s notice. I should tho!

Just so you guys will know how to properly use the large tie straps, they are intended to go around the drive shaft of your intended victim. When they are going slow they won't hear the longer part of the strap hitting the bottom of their vehicle but when they speedup it sounds like all hell is breaking loose. They'll slow back down and nothing, speed back up and all hell again. If you wanta drive like an ass then park at the store or just park like an ass they are always in my truck and I like messin with folks. The best part is it isn't destructive just aggravating. This can be dangerous however, don't hurt yourself laughing. Harbor Freight has em cheap.
Now for the bike. I would think the speedometer would mount on the front of the handle bars without hitting the cable or the tank. I would also consider the quick release squires or axles. If you ride on the road you will have flats so extra tubes and inflators are a must. The #1 cause of flats on road bikes are blown out tires from big trucks. The wires in the belts of that tire will get ya. There is also Teflon tape for fuel use on your gas tank. It's a yellowish color. That's the only things I could suggest, I think you've done an excellent job.

What’s the size of the stock tank? Do y’all have a 2.5 liter tank in black?

I would flip it on the mount so it’s on the putter side of the handle bar.

I would put a different exhaust pipe on it too.

Just stumbled across your channel, and love it. I have black OCC chopper I've had it ab4 or 5 years now
I don't think it has more than 5 miles on it probably has the original air in the tires. Precool.
Im gonna add a gas motor, amd hopefully a 3 speed gearbox. I just haven't done enough research to know whic kit to purchase i think im gonna go with a Harbour Freight Predators motor.i have the 212 cc motor on one of my Go-Karts

When will the exhaust adapter be out for v2 engines and others that have the same exhaust flange?

You should have greased your clutch gear while you had the side plate off. I may have a tendency to over grease since I was stranded a few years ago when the crank gear failed 18miles from home 😁

It's looking good Tony, Just wish that frame was built bigger for a taller rider. Keep up the mods.

I hear ya! There are folks who’ve made it work because they love them so much. I’ve heard the next batch they’re thinking on stretching the frame out a bit. So keep an eye out. 😊

I would get one, swap the fork for a 20" fat tire fork, throw a hub motor on each wheel, and take it out to the sand dunes. Think I just might. The stingray choppers (if you can find them) are way more expensive. Would put a gas engine on if the cops in my city weren't so anal about g-bikes.

Hey tony, speaking of carburetors, so there's a white plastic float in the bowl, and it has a "ring", like a different shape, is it supposed to be on the top, or bottom?

    • @tonytaylor5087
      @tonytaylor5087 10 месяцев назад +1

Hmm I’d have to take one apart to see. But honestly there’s only one way that it truly fits back together. So if you’re not sure then try one way then the other to see what works best.

@@tonytaylor5087 gotcha. Probably a dumb idea, but I think you guys should consider making an adapter, like a starter adapter, that we can attach to a drill and to the clutch pad's 3 big pins, and start it that way. You know, for first builds, make it a lot easier than having to pedal for a long time to try to start the engine because my legs give up and can't keep going (i'm not in good shape lol, same for a lot of people), but i'm going to 3d print one with 100% infill and hopefully it works well.
Yes, I am aware that you guys have the pull start one, but you may still have to keep pulling and pulling and pulling and it may still not work.

My "Comment' was removed as 'inappropriate,or selling stuff, etc" because I suggested soap and water under the grip so they'd 'slide on easier, and it would dry like glue'.I complimented the parts as looking good. What was Wrong with that?
I've 'reported/removed Bot comments' on many sights,as I've seen them ask.I've seen many of my comments removed from various sights since.Tonight was 1st report to Me as to why. Is this why Tony?

Well this thing definitely sucks. I've wasted 30 minutes watching two of these videos and never once does the guy show you if it even runs. Is maximum speed 6 mph? or does it even start. Nobody knows because the builder doesn't any confidence in his work. Definite thumbs down.
