I’m gonna take the information from your video and do it right
This is how I get to work everyday
I have a prosthetic foot , my freedom to get around
Thank you
Did it work for you i just got me one and im having trouble
I have a prosthetic leg right leg below knee. I was biking 30+ miles a day until I got my 50 cc
Gotta say that you were probably the guy who helped me more then the 100 other videos I watched
YOU THE MAN ,👍
I can't believe how much I enjoy watching these videos.
I play this on .75x speed and forgot. left and came back, hit play I thought, wow! this guy is baked! lol jk definitely thumbs up from me
#Build it right. Dude.
U was the 1 that was high hahahaha
@@svensplooge9961 You might be with this grammar😂

Put it at half speed and he sounds drunk 😂
Thank you for walking through it slowly but not to slow. Your the first one that I could understand to say again I appreciate your smooth way of talking. Have a great life. Keep it cool
I would like to start out by saying thank you for all the helpful information.
My brother gave me a 66cc beach bike. It h ad a lot of issues broken motor mount bolts 3 to be exact slipping clutch and a carburetor full of debree. And thanks to your videos I was able to bring it back to life. So thank you so much please keep making videos priceless.
I recently came into possession of one of these and I have to say I'm very thankful to have you as a teacher and someone to show me some loops and give great feedback on the issues that I'm having on a hand-by-down fixer upper. #builditright
Im still 15 years old been riding em since i was 13 years old and i love motorcycles alot but im still young to ride one so im into this hobby and i really enjoy it. Thanks Tony.
#BUILDITRIGHT
I'm 62 years old!, and used to ride a motorcycle, and bought one of these, to ride around town!, its little slower, lol but that's ok it's a great hobbie!, and when your ready for a motorcycle, ALWAYS!!! remember to wear helmet, Jean's, gloves, same as a motorcycle I just bought Phantom 85 v2 just breaking it in! RIDE ON!!!!
Kip it up the more knowledge later will help you out bro and it's fun take care
Hey great video.New installation my bike won't start but after watching the video I realize my throttle cable is to loose The video shows how to pick a different hole to pre snug cable having g your adjustment screws all the way in so you have maximum adjustment abilities
#BUILDITRIGHT I just want to let you know that this whole series is awesome! It's really helping me plan what I need to do to make the engine kit I have coming fit well on my cruiser, as well as all the things I might need to buy. Has answered so many questions in a small timeframe. Thank you Tony!
#doitright
Clear easy to follow instructions, with just the right amount of warnings on what not to do. I have a motor with a starter and it's a little different in the clutch area but carb is same. My problem is mostly now in the sprocket, problem keeping it centered and running true. Thank you for the tutorial. Much appreciated. BTW, I'm 86 yrs old and looking forward to using this bike this summer.
This whole series has helped me with the little problem I had with my first motor and I actually had to take it off because I missed something up but if I would have watch the videos first I wouldn't have missed it up. You guys are doing an amazing job and you always #builditright
You ABSOLUTELY hit the nail on the head about the magneto leads being backwards!!! Brand new motor, just WOULD NOT start and I went through everything trying to diagnose it, turns out it was the leads being reversed! I have also noticed these motors are NOTORIOUS for the threads on the end of the crankshaft stripping at the drop of a hat to where the won't tighten back up,! I have TWO of these motors this has happened to, is there any OTHER ways to fix it besides rethreading it to the next size down or replacing the whole assembly?!? Thanks in advance! Be blessed.
OMG I’m so happy I found ur channel!!!
I have a friend who is just getting his out together and he is having nothing but problems. He knows little about these kits so I’m helping as best I can.
#BUILDITRIGHT This whole series has been A great refresher. I had built my first mini bike when I was about 13, 2 different engines to make one that would get running. Then I got into landscape work always fixing weed eaters and other 2 strokes. I did buy a cheep kit online it only took me 4 hours to compleat my Schwinn 29inc. Beach Cruiser into a now motorized assist bike. It was this video that helped me to set that pesky idle screw to almost perfect from there I let it warm up and fine tuned it. Thank you for all the help!
I bought a 2 stroke engine and installed it on my 18 speed mountain bike. But I really got some valuable information from this video that I can use ASAP!
Excellent! Let us know how your mountain bike project is going!
Dammmm lots of small details, thank you for sharing 😊 love you guys !!!
Glad this helped you P100D!!
Omgosh look !! I'm about to get my cruzer in the mail now I'm so excited 😆 I can't wait ..and I'm going to watch all of your videos to make sure I get everything right! ..and I want to record most of my Journey with my new Freedom! .. thank you for all of your material .. especially the carborator , and Head Variations I enjoyed those a lot
I love these motor bikes, I'm just having problems with my carb. This video really guided me to fixing my problem. Thank you ..keep up the gud work
Thanks for all that you do,by taking the time and showing step by step, I see that you love what you do
Thank you for enlightening me on the fact that the stock carb needle clip has multiple positions on it! Now (once break-in progresses a bit more) I know how to lean her out easily.
I'm really liking the presentation. taking it easy nobody stressing me just me my build and some tuning time what kind of reminds me of good quality tattoo time thanks again bike berry technicians in fact thank everybody thank you all for keeping this bike tradition going in the northwest I always have loved riding bike with or without motor but I'll tell you what nothing is equal to something bikeberry built!#BUILDITRIGHT
Thanks Tony, for the entire build series. My grandson will really find this useful! #BuildItRight. 🚲💨🇺🇲
You’re so very welcome! Share your project in the Facebook group when you’re working on it. Love to see it!
I like the explanation of setting the carburetor, now I can adjust my five bikes. I have to get fabric from craft store not to loose clip while breaking down carburetors too. Good teaching video I like this awesome!
Mark! So glad it helped you my friend!
I’m building my own and this video gave me great tips on how to install my clutch cable
Thanks
Dope. I was wondering why my engine wants to keep dying while it's going! I wasn't even looking for something about that right now. Just looking for a basic tune up video but nope here is the RUclips gods solving my problem!
This video was very helpful....I wish Tony was around when I was trying to be apart of the community and jacking up 3 motors....thanks man!
Hopefully I can make my back....
#BUILDITRIGHT

The Best It's simply the Best. Bikeberry
Great video, very easy to understand. Thanks for the help.
Learned alot..glad you took the time to make this manual thank you im putting my kit together please me luck I've got a lot of people interested and watching me I mention bike berry hope I can help😊
Ed here... Wow ! What a calm & clear.. View & explanation.. I've viewed your video's before... Excellent stuff.. Question for u... My carburetor is sitting at almost like you have yours... And yours seemed at 45 degrees higher than mine.. I understand yours is a show and tell.. Mine is new... Break in two 4 liters of gas.. Still running good.. But sounds bad.... Before i give it.. To my grandson so we can ride together... Suggestions tony... Can it run better with a level carburetor...
Great question Ed. As level as you can get it is most definitely the way to go. Of course many factors are involved like engine mounts etc.
This bike is hanging from the ceiling hoist at the moment so it’s definitely out of level compared to how it’ll sit on on the ground fully assembled.
Now, as for sounding bad. My black bike sounded bad for a few tanks a gas. Since yours is new I’d dial it in as best you can then ride it a lot to truly break it in. It should sound better and better.
Very Well Done Sir, takes the guess work out of many of the problems first time installers may and will encounter.
hey tony, you should make your videos link to the website, especially for first timr builders. youre the only one on the crew that actually goes into detail on everything. i just got the 66/80cc kit and used the linked videos to build it. after watching your videos i feel like i skipped a lot of important steps because the person just sped through it
Really appreciate all the info you give and for you taking the time to make all the videos. Very informative with awesome information.
Hey I really can't thank you enough for your help. Thank you so much
great video very helpful just one question what size drill bits where used for the carb cover holes?
Be patient with your first build and #builditright
Love this series so informative 👏
Just got a kit from you and i cant wait to put it together and then start buying more parts to upgrade it!
That video was really good brother and the reason I know is because I was able to follow along on that one, lol.... Tks again
I was struggling with both the clutch and the carburetor and didn't even realize it until I watched this video. Thank you so much! Now I will cross my fingers and hope that I can finally get this bad boy running. #BUILDITRIGHT
Do you have any videos pertaining to the hydraulic clutch?
This bike is literal perfection! #BUILDITRIGHT
Have you done a second video that shows how that high performance carb works? I have one and I would like to install it and know how to use it correctly.
Thank you!
Do you have a video where you actually adjust the carb? You just do some initial blind settings here
I just seen the show and it was great nice detail on the the show 100% helpful. Very good job I look forward to seeing more THANK YOU
Your videos and website is just so helpful my friend. I'm really trying to get my motor started and having so many problems. Your helping but I'm not quite there yet
Well done. Good to watch. Happy New Year. 👍.
#BUILDITRIGHT
Hey Tony.. nice deal man....killer way to kick off the new year... ride on...#builditright
Appreciate it James! Let’s do this brother 💪
#BUILD-IT-RIGHT!!!!!!!!!! GREAT JOB SO FAR
Good video. I know about 🚗 but didn't know tips n tricks that I saw u do about bikes... Thanks
Excellent tips and you do know what you are talking about. It is great to have resources like this. I wish I would have stumbled across this sooner. Thanks again. #BUILDITRIGHT .
Thank you for such a great video! The presenter should get an agent. His voice, demnor, and cadence made the technical video fun and exciting to watch. Thanks for sharing all the knowledge! #BUILDITRIGHT
Big question I have this small carb and another one (red) what is the size mm of the E clip for the float needle? Thanks
Thank you for describing how to adjust the carb so easily understandable!
Thanks. The best bench mats I have found are Pig mats, the white ones made for absorbing oil.
I have 2 of those exact Bofang carbs, ordered jets and their the wrong size. Are the jets in those carbs 8mm? I ordered 5 mm and they are way smaller. Should i have found 8mm and ordered those?
#BUILDITRIGHT I just got my 1st bike and it has a lot of issues by thanks to you all it's slowly working out. You all are awesome!
I’ve been finding conflicting info do you start with idle screw all the way in and back off 4 turns or start with it out and turn in 10 times???
#BUILDITRIGHT 👍 it is awesome that you're making videos and showing everything about the motors that come with purchase of the kit ordered. I also like the way you brake down and explain each section it's functions , and also videos that show step by step on how to enhance power performance, and modify the engine for more power.
Very informative and easy to follow. I will be watching for more important mechanical institutions. Thank you!
do you leave the main jet inside the bowl alone? I've seen some people change it a little and some not
do you think this same method is good 4 the sports carb! ive seen your clip where you done the difference test between this stock carb & the sports one but you didnt do the idle screw 4 the sports carb... cheers
First #builditright Then #gimmethebike Geat information and well delivered. Thanks!
Is there away that you’re able to press the brakes at one time, both the front and rear at once?
I have a question Tony how can I fix an air leak between intake and carburetor I have the NT carburetor that came with my BBR stage 4 kit
I've built several yet I'm still learning tricks thanks BlackBerry
Thank you very much for teaching how to adjust the carburetor and the cluch
High performance carburator is a better from normal one?Give more horse power?
So 10, 1/2 turms on the idle adjustment screw? Do you use locktite on the bolts?
I never want anything in my life but great videos great everything bikeberry you're the greatest and I love building motorized bikes myself #buliditrate
The strap to the ceiling was a nice tip for working on the bike. The J hook to a rafter was easy.
For days, I have been wondering why my bike only accelerates and the clutch was ineffective. I realized that the clutch acuator bearing was missing, which must have fallen out somewhere when the bar came out. If I put another bearing in, will that enable me to use my clutch?
I lost my idle screw on my motorized bike can I use another temporarily to get home and where can I buy one of those adjustment screws
is there a louvered or vented clutch cover these motors I can't find anything on Google I've already purchased the aluminum clutch plate and upgraded pads but I ride my clutch alot for trail's and hill climbing to keep RPMs up
On the bbr 80cc tuning does the clutch piece that holds the pads does that come out mine does not come out and I've noticed everybody's been pulling their ass out and changing their pads
#BUILDITRIGHT Thank you for the information. I'm building a 100cc with a cruiser bike frame I bought. You really helped me out. Had no idea how to install Throttle and Clutch cables on bike since I'm new to this. Your the Man!
I AM GRANDPA HELPING MY GRANDSON STARTING HIS CRUZER...FINALLY CAN SEE HOW IS DP IT. THANKS.
I have enjoyed your segments so far but on this carb and clutch segment you changed the throttle assembly to an upgrades one that you like but that is not what comes with the kit so it is a little confusing when you start drilling holes and but we as newbees are dealing with what comes in the kit, so it would be nice if you used those parts in your demonstration. Also drilling holes in the carb air cleaner cover for what reason was that done ?.
What size ball bearing is that.? And if I can find one to fit inside, that's a decent size, will it work.?
What kind of engine is this ? I want to buy the Phantom 85 v3 is that a good one ? Best regards from Norway
It helped me with the initial setup good video
Well this guy seems to know what he's talking about, Wish he were the one from Bike Berry that I talked to when I got my first 2 kits. Whomever I spoke with gave me bad advise! I asked a simple question, How much torque for the head studs! I got back an e-mail stating 17 psi, Which I thought was a bit high but figured Bike Berry would know. Well it crushed my Head gasket, Brass one and caused a major air leek. As well as low compression. Got to say even though Bike Berry may sell these kits, Don't go thinking they know any more about your 2 stroke than anyone else does, Cause they really don't. Tony seems to have a clue, But he is still only one person there.
Thank you Stephenfhauk, I truly appreciate your comment my friend! One of the things we’re working on is helping support answer questions with accuracy. Take care!
How do I keep the carb cap to stay on after I screw it down it pops off.i bought a used 80cc kent bike and it was a little more seasoned then I thought I should have paid less
Every tip you gave was helpful
Looking great! 😃👍 #BuildItRight
Can I get a link for that throttle? I can't find those aluminum ones anywhere
For some reason I have too much slack in my throttle cable. How do I take out the slack with both ends adjusted completely out?
Outstanding videos well explained Mr Tony ,thanks, continúe with motorized bikes ,Say hello Joe & Bros.
Thank you Jorge!!
What will happen if mine don’t have that washer on throttle pin but same carb. Maybe missing? I have the c clip but not the big washer on throttle pin so it free floats does that make it rich?
Can you please do a complete walkthrough for how to install a 80cc ktaxon motor to a mountain bike
Wow this video was so helpful on my new beach power cruiser project! I’m going to the bike berry site now
#BUILDITRIGHT
# Build it right, I have been wanting to get a new bike for my engine but can't afford it right now. I lost the cover for my air filter and I just cut a strip off a mountain dew bottle to hold the filter in place.
Great video, Tony! Nice and simple workaround on the handle flaw…these little challenges are actually the fun part about this hobby…testing our creativity and problem-solving skills. #BUILDITRIGHT
Thanks brother! That’s right, keep it simple and have fun with those challenges 😊
Vreau unor orator
Vreau carburator cum sa procedez..?
