Sammy had a warped sense of humor. Love this!

Does this come from a full concert tape? There's very little out there in regards to full concert audio tapes of Sammy from audience members, we just have the same professionally recorded TV/Concert specials you see all over RUclips. Some more full length concert material not previously seen would be amazing, especially considering this stuff does not exist within trading circles and are not in the hands of any accessible collectors anymore. Material like this is likely going to end up lost to time and it is a true shame that modern and future Sammy fans such as myself may never be able to find these things and keep them in circulation the way people have for Sinatra. I've tried to do my part with the things I've been so grateful to have collected over the years, but the well runs dry eventually.
Thanks so much for sharing what you have. Had no idea some of this stuff was even out there anymore.

Yes this comes from a full concert, but it's poor quality. I messed with At Long Last Love on Audacity, but I think I made it worse,

Sorry to double-comment but perhaps you are the exact right person to ask this -- does there exist any recordings from Sammy's final concert engagement in September of 1989 at Harrah's? I know the band has reels of those shows but unfortunately either haven't been willing or cannot be contacted to transfer/share them to private collectors. Its sort of my Sammy "holy grail" to hear his final shows. I have all of his performances from the 1989 telethon gratefully, but if those shows exist I'd love to know. Thank you again!

They must exist, but I don't think I could listen even all these years later. Clayton Cameron, Sammy's drummer at the time seems pretty accessible. You might try finding him.
