Which was also the case for all 2022 Marvel movies imo Personally, they should have written in Ronan the Accuser as the villain and had him destroy or almost kill Captain Marvel. And for Ant Man 3, Janet and Hank should have been sacrificed in order to defeat Kang, trapping him but not killing him in the Quantum Realm. Because Kang was a good villain whose threat should have been established, and the role of Carol Danvers in the Kree-Skrull war should have been explored. She's a boring character, so either kill her off....or make her have some development by nearly having her die to Ronan and the Kree as revenge.

Superhero genre is honestly, to me at least, just in a really bad spot since Endgame made most of us feel like MCU will never be truly the same no matter how good you try to make it while DCEU just kept tripping over itself since it made the bad choice of trying to be like the MCU when it should've been it's own thing which inevitably brought it's own demise upon itself. Also, movie studios need to respect the source material a little bit more, even if they don't think it "suits the audience." at that. Invincible remains pretty decently strong as I'm looking forward to season 3 while the same can be said for The Boys season 5. Superhero genre like DC and Marvel (along with others like Image) remains very strong in the source material that are the comics while having lots of remembered animated movie adaptions (that DC is especially done a lot) and video games (even if not done so in recent years). I think the superhero genre is just a bit burnt out in the movie industries and perhaps either need to take a break or try a different approach to appease more loyal fans.

Superhero genre is honestly, to me at least, just in a really bad spot since Endgame made most of us feel like MCU will never be truly the same no matter how good you try to make it while DCEU just kept tripping over itself since it made the bad choice of trying to be like the MCU when it should've been it's own thing which inevitably brought it's own demise upon itself. Also, movie studios need to respect the source material a little bit more, even if they don't think it "suits the audience." at that.
Invincible remains pretty decently strong as I'm looking forward to season 3 while the same can be said for The Boys season 5.
Superhero genre like DC and Marvel (along with others like Image) remains very strong in the source material that are the comics while having lots of remembered animated movie adaptions (that DC is especially done a lot) and video games (even if not done so in recent years).
I think the superhero genre is just a bit burnt out in the movie industries and perhaps either need to take a break or try a different approach to appease more loyal fans.
