Recently bought dip bars and only assembled one so far to save space. These exercises are exactly what I needed, thanks!! Great explanations too and I appreciate including beginner exercises as well.
Great video you gave me more to do with my dip bar. i struggle with pullups and have been doing chair pullups this will help me get stronger thank you!
Awesome video, this is exactly what I was looking for cause most of the time I was doing the Australian pull up the bar would lean towards my face, I noticed I had the bar placed around my hips instead of just under my chest and you showed and explained that very clear, greatly appreciate you making this video
Thank you for this great tutorial. I just got a pair of parallel bars just for this purpose. I want to be able to do at least one pull-up someday. (Hopefully, more...) Grins Your video is just what I needed for learning, and to give me confidence to begin this new part of my continuously evolving fitness journey. Gotta "get it" to keep it... 💪💌 Wising you a great day, or night, depending on when you see this... 😊
@@h.s.m.562 Nice one man, glad to hear you're motivated to work out and get your first pull up 💪🏾 I made a tutorial about how to achieve your first pull up a while ago that you'll find useful: ruclips.net/video/MNfmRHyshsc/видео.htmlsi=KBT0XDm3N1gi916j Good luck!
This is a sick video because I know that my next holiday MUST include these exercises to maintain bicep gains 💪🏾💪🏾 That fist in the air providing balance while doing the one arm Australian pulls? Yeah, that fist was triumphant because the GAINS will also be triumphant 🌚
Excellent mate, I do chins and pulls as well as push ups and all the rest, but hicep curl is really good. I normally do 80 full extension chins in sets of 5, 16 sets in all, d when I tried the dip bar curl it hurt :)
@@AshtonFitness ok bud thank you. Just found your channel really cool. I’m trying get myself in shape again at 55. Always enjoyed body weight work outs. Keep up the great work 👍
@@MrDeano41 Love to hear you're getting in shape - keep at it! Glad you like the videos too, there's plenty to learn from on the channel. These bars are called parallel bars, btw, and you can pick them up online for about £30-£50 💪🏼 They're useful for beginner back exercises like bodyweight rows, as well as dips. Good luck!
Thanks for the video. Very useful and informative. Can I ask where you purchased that product? I like that it’s wide enough to do chin ups and aus pull ups
Thanks Mare damn good information and you've covered plenty of things to work on without overloading my out of control ADHD driven brain. Hook EM y'all
When doing these kids of exercises, keeping a relaxed, neutral neck is usually the best thing to do. I try not to strain my neck forward because if I do I risk injury.
Thank you! Just what I needed, don't have anything other than parallel bars and giving additional information on how to get into position and beginner variations was just the cherry on top. Instant sub!
I did all those but now I'm doing a variation that I don't know exactly what is called, so I just go between the parallel bars and do like the Australian Pull Up but more like a reverse planche pushup. It's kinda easy but doing the whole range of motion make me feels my biceps a lot, is it weird?

Just got it online. Search 'calisthenics parallel bars' and you'll find it. It's wide enough for both, but not tall enough for chin ups
@@AshtonFitness can you tell the size please, the ones which are appearing are all short, or not wide enough to be able grab it with both the hands 😓
Thanks for your videos I was the beast at my gym I FUCKED UP MY LEFT SHOULDER BE SAFe GUYS

How should I control my neck, should I relax it or stay in some position?
If I accidentally pull my neck, it can cause injuries on the neck muscles
