      @@AshtonFitnessthe bodyweight bicep curl is something I found really challenging. Going slowly with it. But I can feel the burn already.

    Awesome video, this is exactly what I was looking for cause most of the time I was doing the Australian pull up the bar would lean towards my face, I noticed I had the bar placed around my hips instead of just under my chest and you showed and explained that very clear, greatly appreciate you making this video

    Thank you for this great tutorial. I just got a pair of parallel bars just for this purpose. I want to be able to do at least one pull-up someday. (Hopefully, more...) Grins

    Excellent mate, I do chins and pulls as well as push ups and all the rest, but hicep curl is really good. I normally do 80 full extension chins in sets of 5, 16 sets in all, d when I tried the dip bar curl it hurt :)

These bars are called parallel bars, btw, and you can pick them up online for about £30-£50 💪🏼 They're useful for beginner back exercises like bodyweight rows, as well as dips. Good luck!

    How should I control my neck, should I relax it or stay in some position?
    If I accidentally pull my neck, it can cause injuries on the neck muscles

    • @AshtonFitness
      @AshtonFitness  Год назад

      When doing these kids of exercises, keeping a relaxed, neutral neck is usually the best thing to do. I try not to strain my neck forward because if I do I risk injury.

    I did all those but now I'm doing a variation that I don't know exactly what is called, so I just go between the parallel bars and do like the Australian Pull Up but more like a reverse planche pushup. It's kinda easy but doing the whole range of motion make me feels my biceps a lot, is it weird?
