Step :
1. Download Firmware and Phoenixsuit (software for flashing)
2. Plug USB to printer and PC
3. Open Phoenixsuit.exe and select firmware
4. Select Image and choose the firmware
5. Click "Upgrade"
6. Install USB driver
7. wait...
8. wait...
9. wait until your printer on....
check firmware printer via LCD....
