I use 7 round magazines. Two kinetic, three chemical, two kinetic. If I pull my Byrna, then I'm emptying the clip. The first two are to get them stunned and breathing heavy for the cloud that follows with the next three. The final two are to make sure they take another deep breath.
I like the 1-2-2 for my 5 round clip. That’s 1 Kinetic, 2 Pepper, 2 Max! Pop, Pop Pop, and Pop Pop again if needed. Then run like hell to make your safety getaway.
1 kinetic pvc, 2 pepper, 2 OC. First warning, if they make it past that, 2 pepper. If they get past that 2 OC but by then they won't be very mobile. Pepper is bad. Stops me from functioning. I can't imagine the OC round and how bad those are.
OC rounds make you feel like someone has sprayed lighter fluid in your eyes, nose, mouth, and lungs and then dropped a match on your face to ignite it. It's really really bad. I remember when they exposed us to OC during military training. It's been 28 years and I can still remember that feeling.
I load kinetic first and then chemical and I keep this pattern throughout the whole magazine in case there is more than one attacker or in the case that I miss so that I ensure I have the next option readily available in the magazine. Carrying a couple extra magazines loaded the same way ensures that what previously mentioned. The main idea being that there could be a heavier situation with more criminals or just simply a situation that's not expected. I use 7 round mags.
I usually reload my Byrna with the threads horizontal and the first is a kinetic round then a Byrna round a kinetic round a Byrna around a kinetic round a byrna around that way I don’t use up too many burner rounds because they’re pretty expensive.
Yeah it sucks that Newsom doesn't want legal residents to be able to defend themselves. Lived in San Diego and San Francisco for 28 years and as much as I miss the beaches, the zoo, and Big Bear, I just don't miss Newsom.
First 2 kinetic second 2 byrna max 1 kinetic and last byrna max. First 2 hit possibly opening up skin second 2 are oc/teargas(max rounds) get into open wounds and eyes then another just in case and then if that last kinetic doesn’t work the 3 max would finish them
If I have the 5 round magazine in, it'll be two Kinetic rounds followed by 3 Chemical rounds. If it's the 7 round it'll be 3 Kinetic rounds followed by 3 Chemical rounds and 1 last Kinetic round.

All kinetic face shots

It's always a good idea to have at least one extra magazine for those unexpected situations.

All hard 7 rounds cause the cheap Byrna pepperballs keep breaking. 😢

I use two 5 round mags loaded with 2 kinetic 2 tear gas, and 1 pepper round.

California: kinetic only.
Ditto😅.

7 round clip - 2 kinetic, 2 pepper, 3 max. I'm sending the whole mag, and it's gonna get increasingly worse for whoever is on the other end.
First one Kinetic the rest pepper. Then firearm.
I load 2 kinetic and 3 Max.
Rubber round then the rest pepper rounds
The some way !
My burner is loaded to fire 2 kinetic and three chemical.
1 Eco, 6 max. Only two warnings. First verbal, second eco next six cry baby time 😮😢😢😅😅😅
