Bro , to answer your question. Yes. Back then, in Malaysia , people usually just left their tray on the table. But now, I think people already gain some awareness of fast food etiquette, so we always clean up the table by ourselves walaupun ada staff yang mengemas. This not applied to Mekdi je, it applies to any fast food restaurant. So yeah, our people changed. And that's good.
Kalau tak kerana netizen, saya rasa seluruh Keluarga Malaysia akan sentiasa malas untuk mengemas meja selepas makan di restoran, tak kira McD atau mamak!
I've been clearing my tables at fast-food joints for the longest time! It does help that I was a student worker at the university cafeteria while studying in Winona, MN. My first job there was in the dish room. And not all students cleared their trays. Some still left it on the tables. So it's not just a Malaysian thing. There are some folks around the world who would not think twice about leaving their trays and other trash on tables when dining out.

I believe Rachel was right in saying that street stall's burger vendor in Malaysia such as but not only Ramly's burger is as soggy as the one Logesh was saying abt Big Mac he was eating. Anyway, the Ramly's brand company mainly manufactures n sells burger patty etc under its brand to these stalls vendors.
In Malaysia, customers has to put away the tray and left overs in the designated sections.. but the staff will wipe the tables and rearrange the chairs
I am from Penang island ,i remembered the last time i went to KL ,McD and KFC are the cheapest food price i could get compare to the street foods in Penang island. McD and KFC still consider " luxury " foods in Penang island ,while the regular street foods get you around RM4-6 per plate/bowl.
It was a “luxury” Mcd in Malaysia 🇲🇾 in the 80s and 90s . But since then is actually comparable to the Hawker food considering you get a set meal (drink, fries and burger) 🥘
The MCD nasi lemak is pretty good. I grow up with the best nasi lemak in West Malaysia, especially Kampung Baru, then returned to Sabah for good where the nasi lemak is one Malay dish that I try to avoid (I haven't found a local nasi lemak that 100% suits my taste bud). When McD first introduced nasi lemak to their menu, I was skeptical at first but gave it a try, and I was like, finally, I can have nasi lemak in KK, the sambal is close to the right flavor, not as spicy but having it with the spicy fried chicken is good enough.
Maybe it has been a while you've been to Malaysian McD Logesh. Yes we don't wipe the table but we throw everything to the garbage after finish eating in every McD here. Why don't we wipe the table is because we eat everything in the tray. So after eating we just bring the tray to the garbage put everything into the bin and place the tray to the place it suppose to be

hi kumar and family, not sure if you are aware of this but fast food outlets like KFC or McD are what you call tray service outlets. this means that you order and pay at the counter, they give you your food on a tray and you bring it to your table and have your meal. after having your meal, you need to clear the tray by disposing of the contents on the tray into the trash. the only thing that you dont have to do is wipe the table. this is the complete opposite of what you call table service, which you will experience in most mid to high end restaurants, where there are waiters that will present the menu to you, take your orders, and clear your plates after you are done with your meal. i used to study and work in the hospitality industry, so in food outlets like McD, it is somewhat of an etiquette for customers to clear their own trays in fast food outlets like these.

I have been saying that for years. I am a Malaysia and one thing I want to say is Malaysia is a food heaven with we have like good Chinese, Malaysian, Singaporen, Thai, Indonesian and lots of foreign foods. So if any foreign fast food, it better be good or be fine-tuned to at least satisfy the picky Malaysians. My family also felt after we emmigrated some 12 years ago to California and felt that American KFC and McDonald are not as good as their conterpart in Malaysia and have stop going there.

Hi Logesh and Rachel. I was very surprised that you Logesh had never eaten McDonalds in America but I can understand as there is so many different outlets to choose from and what I read was that McDonalds in America is not as Big as Burger King or Wendys etc. I was watching a video on you tube the other day about two Malaysian people who live in Hong Kong travelled back to KL and went into a McDonalds and had different types of Roti. but of course they seem to do a wider range of products compared to western countries. By the way have you seen the new fixtures for next season.YNWA
Kumar, mcds all over the world now have revamped. In fact, recently they had world conference to reboot their services for all outlets worldwide too. Major improvements
Yeah in Malaysia MCD is a luxury... Especially if ur a college student...😂 Maybe because the environment and price of the food is similar to a Midrange restaurant...
I was about to try the new Spicy Deluxe one here in Malaysia's McDonalds and luckily I got to hear your review first before eating.I totally agree with what Logesh said about the sanitary issues at the McDonalds in Malaysia since we sometimes even had to wipe our cutlery a few times before eating to make sure it is totally clean. What can I conclude from this is that McDonalds has made some improvement on their service and the renovation of their outlet. But honestly,I am freaking surprised that the price of the McDonalds food there are so cheap. In Malaysia, especially by using delivery service like Foodpanda,we have to pay at least RM 4.00 above just for taxes and packaging only. Plus,we don't even get to choose much option from the Happy Meals menu provided here,we only get to choose our beverages and additional things like french fries and stuff but of course, including additional payment while Happy Meal in America even provided apple slices. After all,it's been so long that I got to comment on your video,Rachel and Logesh.Hello once again from Malaysia! By the way,Baby Kyren looks so handsome as he grew up.I feel like it was just yesterday watching you guys walking out of the hospital after Kyren's delivery.Zaden looks so happy too with his happy meal. We only recently started going to McD to get McNuggets... haha....

In Malaysia, there are people coming over to clean the table after you finished up. But in our family, we clear the table after our meal and its a norm for us, it'll make the worker there have less to clear and it makes us feels good when we do that. I think it's a give and take kinda thing.
I'm a loyal KFC customer since I was little and normally, I would be very offended if someone says "McDonald's is better than KFC" but for some reason, I actually enjoyed watching this video! Oh, and I couldn't agree more on the price because a McDonald's meal in Malaysia is so expensive to the point that I have to think twice before coming again but the food is so good! Despite that, I'll always enjoy the tastier chickens of KFC Malaysia for generations to come! 😇
Of course McD better than KFC here in Malaysia, let compared their chicken 1st, for almost same price but different size chicken, 2 pcs chicken McD set almost same size as 3pcs KFC set but KFC pricier than McD, KFC chicken really small it like they are using ayam kampung, for McD 2pcs chicken set can fully my stomach but for KFC I need 3 pcs set, I'm not comparing their taste because that is more like subjective, different people have different taste, but the only 1 thing that I prefer KFC over McD is their fries
Agree with you.. the Quarterpounder is just that good. Would take it over a Big Mac. In Malaysia .. the GCB and the foldover is probably one of the better options to order.
Lets do 1 more time bro, Rachel speaking BM. Now try to make it even longer hours like b4. Try to make it 12 hrs bro, I cant wait to watch it. Pls do it again bro, hug n kisses to both your kids from me in Penang.....😊😊😊
APPLE PIE WAS MY FAVOURITE FOR MANY YEARS...i visit Mc Donald's at kesat twice in a month now.😁🤭 I love the way you compare the prices of the foods (Mc Donald's) in its original charges from one country to other countries.
After being in Australia now Im back in Malaysia I automatically will clean up the table by myself because it takes ages for someone to clear the table. Mcd in Sarawak kinda sucks now cos they don't have fries anymore I don't know what happened and not sure why they can't get local potatoes for it tho
I don't always go to McDonald's but when I do... My order will be triple cheese burger large set with 6 piece nuggets ala carte and a mcflurry for dessert.
The oil used to cook the food makes such a huge difference in the taste of the final product. Corn oil in the US is the worst. Peanut and sunflower are the norm in Asia and Europe. I loved eating at the KFC that was halaal in KL, the chicken was better quality than KFC in the US. The portions were smaller at McDonald's in Thailand than US. In Portugal they use sunflower oil at Burger King and all the fried stuff tastes better, less heavy.
Its because the rules and regulations for food in Malaysia is way more stricter than in USA. This makes the quality of the meat in Malaysia McDs just better.
MCD is actually in the restaurant business and not into fully the food per SE.Some of the items are precooked and sent worldwide. Each country and region has variations with some decor is the same.It is a mix and match concept.
McDonalds has been rebrandig and improving their customer experience to capture the Gen Y and Gen Z market. They offer coffee, cakes and provide a comfortable space for customers to work, relax and etc a significantly lower price. The new offering is to compete with other coffeehouses such Starbucks, and etc.
well if I were at McDonalds in America, I would like to try 1$ Iced Vanilla Coffee and 2 McChicken because McDonalds in Malaysia doesn't have Iced Vanilla Coffee and also because of Ryan Trahan's 1 Penny Series.
In here Malaysia, we allow the MSG to take part in almost everything perhaps in the fast-food chains too. Compared to the States, the FDA regulated that msg is not allowed, (i guess). We also have different kinds of special burgers over the years like the prosperity burger, samurai burger, Korean burger, and many more. The staple food that's now become part of McD in Malaysia is the nasi lemak, for me, the nasi lemak is good overall. the sambal is also nice and yeah, u have to order extra sambal since one is not enough. u should do a mukbang McD when u guys come back here in Malaysia and check out the latest outlet of McD. I bet it will blow ur mind. keep it, real guys. #YNWA. Our football team is thinking about the future now. many great things will emerge in a few years to come. Salam & lots of love from Malaysia.
I don’t think FDA regulated MSG at all… it’s in all the junk food Americans eat like potato chips (crisps) and salty snacks. It’s MSG that makes Pringles and Frito Lays taste good.
Bro Hakeem, FDA considers the addition of MSG to foods to be “generally recognized as safe” (GRAS). MSG as good as sugar. It's about quantity that u use it. hahaha
MCD is better in Malaysia because they add spicy items into their inventory. I am a big fan of spicy food. My favorite MCD item is Ayam Goreng MCD Spicy.
Kumaar Family boleh buka restoran Ramly Burger yang pertama di US... Dan lokasi yang paling ideal untuk restoran Ramly Burger yang pertama di US ialah San Francisco!
Probably milder and drier than in M'sia where the preference is always for wetter and more flavour - to simply compete with everything else. I wonder about the condiments available to enhance the overall taste.

Malaysian food so bad need to put maggi spicy chilli on everything cos the food bland and got no taste. Singapore food is much more tastier

Hi kumaar and family seems long time does not dm you in your previous video I'm not so good on my health. But now I'm ok shout out from zamhari malaysia
Bro .. why not u did content or vlog with couple of Malaysia people stay in America- we be great . I suggest collaborate with jai & Sam RUclips channel
Yeah Jai and Sam, their RUclips channel is great. They take us more sight seeing unlike the Kumaars where it’s all Malaysian food
berbudi bahasa betul si zaezae. and kyren with his killer smile. sooo cute!
Wahhh kumar balik kggg lahh.. Brape lama cuti balik kg niii? Hppy holiday.. Dh dpt mkn lemang & rendang raya? Hehe
Mariah Carey song played in the McDonald's just so perfect with both of you on this video .. anyway bless your family !
I’m visit to Bangkok on November 2019.. and have try their Mcd pork burger.. It was so delicious..
Shhh... Don't say it too loud! There are a lot of Muslims here...
Fillet o fish...my favourite too ..love the tartar sauce...
Really love looking at kak Rachel's eyes, I mean, its soooo cantik!
Hey Macha.. salam.
Nice sharing & keep the videos coming..
Bro u camera so good !! What type camera u using now ?
sama je restoran seperti di Malaysia
Love seeing you guys, feel so great to be a part of Kumaar Family
(I am not good at talking so sorry if there is anything wrong with my comment :> )

Oh my! You are right!! My husband and I used to love McDonalds. We would drive out and tapao it as supper quite often too! But since we moved to US about 10 years ago, we stopped going to McD. It just happened! We just don't even think about going. I don't know why... haha.... I miss McD's Prosperity Burger and Apple Pie for sure. We only recently started going to McD to get McNuggets... haha....
Fillet o fish with curry sauce in Singapore is the jam! You have to pay extra for extra curry sauce tho
lepas tgok terus order mcd. hahaha... lapar pulak
Lain macam... Profile pic kamu berkata "Save Gaza Save Palestine" tapi kamu nak order McD? Takpe... Teruskan! Tiada siapa nak larang...
Happy meal happy tummy! Btw love your videos with your families 👍
i think for "meat" base of flavour ...double cheese still no 1..cause its small maybe...and Malaysia already have Spicy version ...imagine that Logesh...dapppp uhhhhh...
great . now im ordering mcdonald here , in malaysia
In Malaysia, there are people coming over to clean the table after you finished up. But in our family, we clear the table after our meal and its a norm for us, it'll make the worker there have less to clear and it makes us feels good when we do that. I think it's a give and take kinda thing.
I couldn't agree more! Well, all fast food restaurant workers are humans too!
Absolutely! Always nice to make someone's day better.
@@KumaarFamily I couldn't agree more! Also, Syamsul Yusof once said "Biarkan engkau miskin harta dan kuasa tapi jangan kau miskin jiwa"! 😇
you can get a double big mac, or a double fillet o'fish in malaysia...but ramly burger is good
yall haven tasted singapore macdonalds. Mcspicy and the garlic chili sauce.
Lepas ni boleh laa buat Vlogs fastfood chain yg X Der kat Malaysia...
Marry Brown
I will pick KFC over McD always!
Kfc and mcd sucks in malaysia rn. Ramly and mamak fried chicken better
@@KumaarFamily Kita geng! ✊
Kosong je orang kat sana...sini ramai betul orang...q pun panjang jerrr 😅😅
Dapatlah saya makan dengan tenang di KFC... Kerana terlalu ramai orang berada di McDonald's!
Betui betui betui hahahaha
Agree with you.. the Quarterpounder is just that good. Would take it over a Big Mac. In Malaysia .. the GCB and the foldover is probably one of the better options to order.
Unfortunately, the foldover is only available during the month of Ramadan... And it can only be eaten during sunset! 😢
This video blew up 👍👏

After being in Australia now Im back in Malaysia I automatically will clean up the table by myself because it takes ages for someone to clear the table. Mcd in Sarawak kinda sucks now cos they don't have fries anymore I don't know what happened and not sure why they can't get local potatoes for it tho

McD nasi lemak with spicy chicken😋😋😋
terbaik bro ...
Malaysian KFC lover here! Thanks for your kind words...
Its because the rules and regulations for food in Malaysia is way more stricter than in USA. This makes the quality of the meat in Malaysia McDs just better.
This is probably the perfect explanation and reason.
i subscribed after 2 seconds I saw Malaysia in the title 🤣🤣
I watched this during my lunch hour just now, now i got myself a DOUBLE Quarter Pounder (from Malaysia Mcd)! lol, thanks for lunch dude!
The new offering is to compete with other coffeehouses such Starbucks, and etc.
well if I were at McDonalds in America, I would like to try 1$ Iced Vanilla Coffee and 2 McChicken because McDonalds in Malaysia doesn't have Iced Vanilla Coffee and also because of Ryan Trahan's 1 Penny Series.
owner baru dari saudi arabia ambil alih
2 combo meals in Malaysia could have already cost approximately RM35. It is surprisingly to know McD in the USA this cheap.
Can't wait to visit McD in Malaysia again! YNWA.
It's about quantity that u use it. hahaha
Nanti balik Malaysia try Woodfire burger. Best burger in town
Mengalahkan Scooby Doo burgers, I tell you.
i love fillet o fish too hehe..
the kids are so well behaved its refreshing to see haha
MCD is better in Malaysia because they add spicy items into their inventory.
I am a big fan of spicy food. My favorite MCD item is Ayam Goreng MCD Spicy.
ada kedai burger ramly kat sana tak ? kalau ada, harga dia sama cam mcd tak ?
Tk rasa ader kot. Mai, kita bukak satu kar sana. Konfom meletupz.
Kumaar Family boleh buka restoran Ramly Burger yang pertama di US... Dan lokasi yang paling ideal untuk restoran Ramly Burger yang pertama di US ialah San Francisco!
4:18 In Malaysia, McD just implement self cleaning table to its customers.
Probably milder and drier than in M'sia where the preference is always for wetter and more flavour - to simply compete with everything else. I wonder about the condiments available to enhance the overall taste.
