This guy is just a miracle of a man, I went to one of his concerts two years ago and he even let me sing a part of one of his songs :) I don't like to idolize stars but this guy is worthy of all the praise he gets, what a wonderfull soul!
Do all young singers these days have speech impediments? Just sing your song without all the wierd overphrasing. Was thinking about seeing Jason Wraz with this guy and I don't know if I can deal with this.
I've seen Brett Dennen three times live and Jason Mraz twice. Both are great performers (Mraz's voice is incredible live!).... so I recommend seeing them. Even if you find Brett to be mediocre, Jason Mraz live is something that should never be passed up! I actually just saw him a couple months ago-- it was an amazing show. Also, Brett's solo acoustic stuff, like this video, is much less captivating than when he plays with his band.

I love Brett! I have appreciated his music since I heard "Ain't No Reason" many years ago. Great, earnest songwriter.
Brett doesn't need gimmicks his songs and musicality ability speak volumes about his talent
