@@SomeGadgetGuy right? btw thank you for your LG videos on the past. It's the reason why i bought a second hand V50 for $150 last july. It didn't disappoint me everytime i used the hifi quad dac.

Great review! I really appreciate your style, straight to the point and sincere. I can't get over that charger! That sort of speed would essentially eliminate the need for me to carry a (much heavier) battery backup if I could just take the brick and a short cord to plug it in somewhere (anywhere!) for five minutes (!?!).

I like the selfie led light. I hope other phone makers take notice. The charging speeds are really impressive. But are these high rates of charge detrimental to the longevity of the battery?
Infinix is kicking it - that main camera sensor is juicy good, indeed. However, the curved screen is a turn off and a dealbreaker for me. I much prefer a flat screen with no delicate rounded sides.
The only reason I get flagship phones is the insane trade in deals some carriers offer. But if i didn't have that 400$ would be the max i would spend on a Phone.
I did not believe before the last flagship 'zero x pro' intro price. Proven; infinix really is one of the few honest pre order deals out there. It currently is 324$ here in the Philippines. I'm going to pull the trigger instead of getting 2nd hand s22 ultra which costs 770$
Just watched the review from the Philippines. I've been thinking to buy this and luckily I've seen the best review for this brand. Oh well! My decision is final 😂 This is my upgraded phone 😁
Hi mate, thanks for this review. I'm having a hard time deciding on what phone to upgrade to. I specifically want the phone for the best camera. So far I've come across the xiaomi 12t pro and the infinix ultra. I found the front facing camera to be a bit of a let down on the xiaomi looking at videos? Whata your opinion for best cameras out there. I like the look of the iPhone 14 pro but I no its alot higher on price. Would u say I phone is best or anything else? Thanks
@@SomeGadgetGuy PS. I'm still using pixel 4xl...and 7t. I'm still an 855 / plus guy. Not by choice so much but I am fortunate to have them. I recently flashed pixel experience 13 on the 7t. Aperture isn't the lens. This phone's lens elements aren't as sharp and don't have the same quality coatings as a more expensive phone, but optically it's a terrific performer in this price tier. As to aperture, f/1.9 to f/2 on these smaller focal lengths is practically indiscernible. f/2 to f/1.7 is a little more noticeable at macro distances. A consumer would need to decide for their own finances if those camera differences matter enough for the price difference. The equivalent depth of field blur is already stunning at this price. Paying more, we shouldn't be surprised that it gets better.
@@SomeGadgetGuy i know better than you everything since i have more than 30 dslr lens at home, but i don`t care if you place a bigger glass on it if the aperture is smaller, i don`t have these 3 phones but i guess they don`t waste glass too, i`m stuck on my old Mi11Ultra and i know better what a huge sensor and a huge lens on it means at night, i still have to find a phone that beats mine to move up the ladder
Hi Juan, im just wondering does the camera quality of this new infinix surpasses the quality of Lg V30 in daylight? As per memory on your past reviews, I think the LG V30 camera quality is clearer.
This Mediatek-driven device comes with great camera specs. Even for gaming and other operations, this smartphone is quite good. What do you guys think?
Honestly I can't even be frustrated with manufacturers anymore. I don't because that's the situation with all "full res" modes. They're not REALLY full res. To de-mosaic a pixel binning sensor, you need to stack multiple images, and process that final image. That's a decently heavy short burst of computing, made even more challenging for the silly resolution the final file will be saved in. A significantly more powerful phone can perform that task a little faster, but it's the same situation for any phone.
