- This video will go over repairing an Ice Maker that has frozen over. This happen due to the machine not being cleaned and sanitized over time this may cause the evaporator to not allow the ice to harvest and then it will keep trying to harvest and cause the evaporator to freeze over. A few other possibilities is the timer initiate or high temp safety are some common intermittent problems on those ice o matic machines. I used to do exactly what you do. I’m curious what market or area do you work in?

Nice work and I enjoy your videos and some of the equipment you work on like FBDs and stuff. I work at a college now so I mostly service more kitchen equipment now.
