    I’m a guy! And man I loved this video, my goal is to really just stretch more, be more pliable and dedicate Morning stretches to prepare my day. Tbis was amazing! Would love one more up close to follow better and tad bit easier but hopefully will

    Some feedback. Would love if it started calmly straight away, without the talking in the beginning. And maybe change the “beeps” to a lower, kinder noise ☺️

    Too much chatter in the beginning. Camera is too far away from you making it impossible to set the phone down and be able to see what you are doing. 😊

      You can zoom in using two fingers on the screen. I don't know of that is just my phone. I hope this helps
