  • This 15 min stretch yoga full body beginner daily routine for flexibility, mobility & relaxation is ahhhhhmazing! You are going to love this one if you want to improve on your flexibility!
    Take a pause during your work day and do this quick stretch to release tension and relax your body!
    Stretching after your workout is very important because you want to cool down your body and bring your heart rate down slowly after working hard. You only need a fast routine to help your muscles relax and recover. This is also great to avoid your body to get tense and increase flexibility.
    I like to do these stretching exercises in the morning, after a workout and at night before bed because they help me relax and practice my flexibility at the same time in only 15 minutes! If you have more time at home, feel free to keep going or hold the stretches for longer so that your full body gets into a deeper stretch!
    This workout will help you with your posture and to stretch out the muscles that are most used when sitting down!

    second!! luv ur videos! there so relaxing and easy to follow along! also ive been following along with your flexibility 21 day challenge and im on day 5 .. im having trouble feeling a strech flor the surpine twist but I spend the time just trying to figure out how to get a strech in it.. but soemtimes i feel a bit of pain? is that normal?

    I am 48 years old. After a Disney trip, I reflected on how I was able to handle the massive walking, but my joints, etc. Were stiff. I wanted to become more flexible. I searched and stumbled upon this 15-minute gem. I thought I have 15 minutes a day to spare. I have been doing it every day since September 2022. I have so much more flexibility in all my joints and my body is starting to take on a much better shape. My goal is to add addition videos of yours to strengthen abs, back, arms, and legs. Thank you for doing what you do!

    I noticed some of your newer videos like this one do not have audio instructions. I hope you don't stop making ones with audio instructions as I can't always see my screen well so it makes it hard to follow along. Otherwise your videos are the most user friendly I've come across.. love the editing and peaceful music. Thank you!!
