  • This 15 minute video is composed of different stretches to get your splits! It is a routine for people that are in the intermediate level! This video mainly targets the hips so that they can get more open and flexible to get your splits!

    I have some other splits videos that are more general and for beginners, so this is a continuation for a more intermediate level! There will be a progression of videos so that you can keep improving your splits!
    Repeat this routine 3-4 times a week so that you can slowly improve your splits and become more flexible! You will see that if you stay consistent you will see results!!
