    If you want to feel good in the morning and start the day with some exercises this is the video for you! It will wake up your muscles with toning exercises as well as stretches to get more flexible!

    I did this one for first time this morning - have been doing various beginner morning and evening stretch routines of yours for about a year. I like this one - more challenging, especially the pigeon poses for me! Gonna need to work on those! This more flexible 63-yr-old man thanks you for your videos Daniela :-)
