Your drummer girl says she doesn't write love songs, but this one was inspired by the animated film Ratatouille from a very short segment where two people are fighting and next moment they are embracing. And yes, they speak a bit of French too.
Never have to apologize for rewinding a The Warning song. We are more than happy to hear it again …. And again … and, well, again 😊 Yup, a proper love song. Or I should say a proper love/hate song because what’s a The Warning song without a little hate, poison, knives, drowning, blood and death 😂
Good reaction. You don't have to apologize for interrupting. This is a reaction channel. If we want an uninterrupted song, we can watch the original again for the 83rd time.
Yes! Finally a reactor that knew what Teatro Metro stood for! (City Theater) Plus pronounced it better than most. LOL CDMX stands for Mexico City Mexico. When it comes to the romance dept..... Pau prefers to write about things that piss her off, rather than what she likes. ⚡
As my native language is French, I can confirm that it is indeed in French, see the translation below. Je t'aime pour toujours > I love you always Mon coeur est tien > My heart is yours Je te deteste > I hate you Amour de ma vie > Love of my life Je ne mens pas > I am not lying Je t'adore > I adore you
Hi from Sweden. Did you know that it´s Pau (the drummer) who write most of the songs and lyrics on piano and brings it to the sisters and compleate with them.
Those galloping drums capped off by all 3 belting out the ending makes this particular song one of my favorites. Try Animosity from the same concert next, kind of the opposite of a love song.
Love your reaction to the warning. Time to learn their names lol. Dany is the lead singer and guitarist, age 24. Pau is drummer and can be second lead singer, also does backups, age 22. Ale is the bassist and backup singer, age 19. All three also play piano as they are classically trained! Their full names are Daniella, Paulina, and Alejandra. Three sisters from Mexico and they just celebrated their 10th anniversary as a band, having started as children. The earlier videos are online. Check out their version of Enter Sandman from 9 years ago. Enjoy the rabbit hole as they have over 400 videos on their channel and over 60 original songs.
If you want to hear the drummer, Pau, sing lead, check out these songs from the same Teatro Metropolitan concert: Dust to Dust, 23, Disciple or Revenant!
Don't be sorry, we love that you are enjoying these "Three Queans of Rock" because we feel the same. Thank you for reacting to The Warning. TWA DPA ⚡🤘🔥
Ahh, it's so cool when a reactor gets introduced to The Warning, and they absolutely get it really luv'em like we do. My two cents: Do the whole Teatro Metropolitan concert, a song or two at a time (that'll keep you busy for a bit) and we're here for it, trust me! Luv your reactions. 👊⚡️🤘💙
If you're in the mood for some tears possibly - check out their song "Black Holes" from the Dakota Bar. They were younger then but the drummer Pau plays the keyboard and sings in this song. She wrote it when she was like 15 about addiction . . not anything she experienced herself but I believe related to a family friend. Very emotional and heart felt.
It's very easy to run out of superlatives when describing The Warning. Welcome to The Warning rabbit hole, now that you're 3 songs in there is no escape. I'm subscribed now because I like your enthusiasm for the music. Don't worry about stopping to listen to things 2, 3, or even 4 times, you are reacting and you want to hear and see how they perform, it's all good.
What a special voice Dany has.. Everyone loves Paulina aka Pau (💥Pow💥) wait till you hear her singing & drumming...They all have great voices.. keep going with this show. It has it all.. Spanish is their 1st. Language, English 2nd. French & Music after that . Love your reactions. 🤘🎶☮️
You have been warned. Welcome to the Warning Army! Jessie, you have fallen into what is called The Warning's rabbit hole. There is no escape but it's a fantastic place to be. There is almost no end to the material on there channel. I suggest you stay away from fan-made videos. The Warning's videos are all really good. They have a bunch of covers from when they were really young. then they started writing and producing their own music. 2 EPs and 3 studio albums. One is a concept album. A bunch of live concerts and studio videos. Enjoy the ride! We will ride with you.
Another really great reaction, their songwriting is based on life experience and observations of what’s going on in the world; they can be quite dark and their message serious. Some of the observations and songwriting could be interpreted as being a reason for their band name, there are a quite a few examples of that. Cool aid kids, Queen of the murder scene, but my personal favourite XXIst Century blood which is about media and how it takes lives over - the video won several awards for the quality and its message!
I love your manic / chaotic energy. Go back as much as you need to, we are here for it. I love seeing the honest enjoyment you exude. That is why we watch reactions, to watch people fall in love with the band that stole our hearts.
It's fun watching you take this journey through The Warning's music! Since you like her so much (and who doesn't?), if you want to see Pau (the drummer) sing the lead for a full song WHILE being behind the drum kit, I can’t more highly recommend the song “23” from this same concert. She’s so good at conveying emotion (even while drumming) it’s impossible not to feel the pain, vulnerability, isolation and desperation in her voice. Yes - it's another "love song" - but this one describes loving someone who doesn't love you back (or doesn't even know you exist) in a unique and poetic way. Quite a power (Pau-er?) ballad. Looking forward to your next reaction!
One of the best lyrics from them is "Come a little closer, tear me apart, like you promised that you would. Life is better when broken, you get just what you think you should". That one hits close to home. Great reaction!
The Warning (Villarreal Sisters): Daniela (Dany = Danny) Guitar, Lead & Backing vocals, Keyboards Paulina (Pau = Pow) Drums, Lead & Backing vocals, keyboards Alejandra (Ale = Aleeh) Bass, Backing vocals, keyboards. Ale has sang lead on songs River's Soul, Hunter & Red Hands Never Fade at times. Mainly if Dany is ill. But Ale is mainly a backup singer. Maybe one day 🤞 she'll sing lead on a song for her.
For a real treat of Pau being front woman from this same Teatro Metropolitan concert, definitely check out Nacisista where her drum mentor takes over on the kit while she takes up the mic and sings lead vocals! She’s not only a stick of dynamite behind the kit, she’s a stick of dynamite in front of it too! ⚡️👍🤘💪
Never apologize for pausing. Thats what reactions are for. You have so much to cover enjoy it and give your thoughts. Oh and yes that was French. Pau the drummer got inspired by Ratatouille. The part when remy sees a couple arguing in the first 10 minutes of the movie lol.
With Pau in lead vocals: 23 to be in your feels. Dust to Dust for more rock. Both from this same concert. In fact, watch this entire concert from start to finish and you’ll be in love as much as we are.
Yes, the drummer is special, lead singers voice is amazing and last but not least, the bassist is always on point with that rich, thick beat. Amazing young band! They are all accomplished musicians and know how to composed their music.
The entire Teatro Metropolitan concert is amazing. I think The Warning is the only band that have songs with lyrics in English, Spanish, French, Japanese, and Binary. All of which are played during this concert. Songs in Spanish: Narcisista and Martirio Songs with French: Amour Songs with Japanese: Queen of the Murder Scene Songs with Binary: Error
The harmonies at the end are so awesome this is a great song. Pau also sings lead vocals in songs at this show that are a must see Dust to Dust and 23 are a good start. Great reaction we're here for your trip down the rabbit hole it's fun AF.🤘🔥⚡
No need to apologize for interrupting in my book. Many of us have heard the song before. We're here to hear you; To hear you hear them in whatever way is most enjoyable for you.
You touched on a pretty important part of their appeal... i.e. how they construct and compose their songs. I think that their background in classical piano gave them insight into how good music is created/composed. They learned all about chord structure, melody, etc, etc, etc. so when they started with their own compositions they 'knew' how good music was supposed to sound. Plus, they had great teachers that encouraged them to write their own songs and worked with all 3 of them as they progressed. Just one of the many pieces that fell into place for them to become who they are. You are fun to watch, keep going. I strongly endorse 'Martirio' for a song composed in Spanish, I don't speak Spanish (yet) and it is probably my favorite rock anthem. Live from Teatro is great, the OMV is stunning.
I love your reaction! As you're already checking yourself, they have nothing to do with commercialized and artificially inflated bands around the world. They are the youngest veteran artists in the rock world. Metallica, Foo Fighters, Def Leppard, Guns 'N' Roses and Muse are just some famous bands that have been very pleasantly surprised by TW's talented proposal, like all those who have sold out their concerts in the US. Colombia, Peru, Chile and Argentina… In addition to Germany, Spain, France, Netherlands, Czech Republic and United Kingdom. NO, I'm not mentioning the rock festivals, where they were also very successful, but where they headlined and were the main attraction. Muse was so impressed by the girls, who opened their concerts in Mexico, that they invited them to continue with them on their tour of Europe and even in their own country of United Kingdom. It's redundant to say it but they were also very successful. Among their TW fans there are musicians, music producers, sound engineers, roadies, vocal coaches, etc., from all over the world. Furthermore, and no less important, they are the first Latin American band to sign with a top international record label (UNIVERSAL). And just superficially mentioning what happened at the MTV VMAs where they very positively impressed (impacted) the production staff and everyone who witnessed it. All over the world, budding rock groups are covering the band, including Asia and Australia of course. And that DPA are doing all this at their very young age and on their own merits. What they did not do was stagnate solely in the field of rock in their own language, which is the "ceiling" in which other Spanish-speaking groups have always limited themselves. It’s such a talented female band that does not “exploit” its sexuality, they’re educated, humble and such good human beings with a truly exemplary attitude. This year they will play in several European countries in which several have already sold out and have even had to change venues in others. And they will also perform at the Wacken Open Air 2024 in Germany, the most important heavy metal festival and at the Pol'and'Rock in Poland, considered the largest music festival in Europe and they will be on the main stage in this one. Thanks and greetings from México!! 🇲🇽 🤘😁✌️
@@federicovilla3480 I understand you, I also started reading comments, even now the information that I continue to get from the others on TWA is very good. Cheers ! 🤘😁✌️
Not a fan of love songs? Queen of the Murder Scene album is gonna be a HOOT!!!!!! This band, these girls, are great influencers, in the best way possible.
"Amour" is French for love, hence the French bit. "CDMX" is an abbreviations for Ciudad de México (Mexico City). Teatro Metropolitan is the venue in Mexico City. Thanks for your reactions!
Yes it´s French and translated to English it becomes "I love you forever My heart is yours I hate you Love of my life I do not lie I love you" This is one of my favorite songs when it comes to lyrics and music. Dany´s verse in French and the following crescendo scream hits every nerve in my body. It´s beautiful. By the way, don´t apologize for listening many times, we can take it and we do it with joy beacuse The Warning is the essence of our days, at least it´s mine. Great reaction!
Welcome to the best rabbit hole you'll ever fall down. I'm sure you've already started to get the flood of information you'll continue getting from us in The Warning Army (TWA). Let me give you a heads up - whenever you listen to a new Warning song, that's the one that'll be your new favourite. Anything/Everything from the concert at Teatro Metropolitan CDMX (code for Mexico City) will knock your socks off. When you do react to anything from that concert, bear in mind that Mexico City is at an altitude of 7,400 feet. There's such a huge volume of great music from these girls on RUclips that it seems pointless to recommend any one thing - especially since they just don't write a bad song. I'd just say, stick with this concert to start with, then take a look at their very dark and disturbing concept album Queen of the Murder Scene (QOTMS) they recorded several years ago as young teens. The live performance at Lunario would be a great choice. You're best bet would be to follow it through in sequence so you get the story properly, something you might do in individual postings.
Pause and rewind all you want. Paulina, the drummer, has said she is not good at writing gushy love songs. This song was inspired by a scene in the animated 🎬 🎞 🎥 "Rattatouille" where a couple is arguing, suddenly stop, then jump into each other's arms and make up by making out, so to speak. Look forward to your next video. 👍❤️🔥
This song is not often listed as a favorite, but it is one of my faves. It has many little dynamic bits which i could happily go on about, as indeed do most of their music. And, Dany's pronunciation is really nice. Notice the little breathy "H" sound after "pour" and after "coeur". Subtle, but well done. And the awesome little Je t'adore... Je t'aime por toujours I will love you forever Mon coeur est tien My heart is yours Je te deteste amour de ma vie I hate the love of my life Je ne mens pas, je t'adore I am not lying. I adore you
Yes, that section of the song was in French. They had 2 songs in Spanish at this concert. The rest were primarily in English, but they have lyrics in other songs in Japanese and Binary. 😊
I think we all feel the same way that you do about these young ladies and their music. At least I do. This concert footage is so well recorded, it's worth looking through each song. You'll find individual videos form this venue on their YT channel(as well as a the full concert version), all great songs. Thanks for the reactions to this great Power Trio!
Any video from the Teatro Metropolitan show is top shelf. So much really great music in their catalog already that it is actually hard to recommend just one or twelve songs.
Yeah, the breakdown part was in French. This song was apparently inspired by a scene from the movie Ratatouille. They do have 2 songs that are completely in Spanish called Narcisita and Martirio.. Both are fantastic as well.
If you want to check out a song that grabs you by your heart and soul, check out "Breathe" which is Pau playing the piano and singing, it's very emotional.
AMOUR : que hermoso tema interpretado por Dany y compuesto por Pau ,su voz potente y melódica , por hoy no hay nadie que este al nivel de The Warning como músicos completos ,la historia de un amor toxico pero amor
Thanks for the great reaction! In interrupting, all I ask is that you back up the song so I get to hear it over and over again! No complaints from me on the way you are doing it now!!!👏😊⚡️
You're awesome! I'm probably too late for you to see this but please consider doing "Narcisista - THE WARNING - En Vivo en Foro DiDi Monterrey" next. Everybody recommends the latest Teatro videos now but the earlier performance is a brilliant triumph by Paulina and you get to really see her UNEXPLAINABLY MASSIVE TALENT because she's drumming, singing and performing with her hands, too. Also, I think "Dust to Dust" and "The End" from Lunario CDMX are must watches. That was an amazing show and Ale the bass player was only 13 then. It blows my mind that she was that good at that age.
There is a short(20 min) documentary called THE WARNING- TIDAL RISING that might interest you. Also all 3 have recent episodes of Gear Masters if you would like to see them talk about their instruments. Looking forward to “more “ from you. Lol. More is a song.
The Warning Rules! Is French, as children they attended the "Liceo de Monterrey " school this school specializes in teaching their students English and French as a second language besides their native language Spanish since first grade, so by the time they graduate most of them are trilingual. All the schooling is done in this 3 languages I think that is why they speak excellent English. I once heard them say in an interview that they learned English when they were little children. I would not be surprise if they were fluent in French as well. Oh and yes Danny I will die for you (well maybe not) 😇
In "23" from this concert Pau the drummer really shines.
And again … and, well, again 😊
Yup, a proper love song. Or I should say a proper love/hate song because what’s a The Warning song without a little hate, poison, knives, drowning, blood and death 😂
We all love the drummer!
Speak for yourself.
The Warning fans are here to watch you go down the rabbit hole 🕳️. These young Ladies are so lovable. ♥️✌🏻😎
I don't have to worry about the going down the rabbit hole. I live here now. I'll say hi to Bugs for you!!!!
Good reaction. You don't have to apologize for interrupting. This is a reaction channel. If we want an uninterrupted song, we can watch the original again for the 83rd time.
96th time.
Amen !!! ⚡️⚡️⚡️
103rd time
83rd? pfft, fake fan (just kidding!).
Wow, you mustn't like them, not even 3 figures!!!!😁
Their mother is their stylist
The best song ever to be inspired by a scene in a cartoon! And just for giggles, lets sing in French! Awesome reaction!
Only Pau would see that quick clip of a scene and have her "interesting" brain spin on deciding a back story for it... 😋
Je t'aime pour toujours > I love you always
Mon coeur est tien > My heart is yours
Je te deteste > I hate you
Amour de ma vie > Love of my life
Je ne mens pas > I am not lying
Je t'adore > I adore you

These guys are on my bucket list. So glad to see the younger generation putting out rock music. Peace ✌️

Yes, French and no, no need to apologize, we love going back and listening to The Warning again as well! 🎶🙌
Love your reactions to The Warning. Carry on. They are quaint killers.
Check out any song from this concert, they’re all great! Start at the beginning and hit play!! 22 excellent songs! You have been Warned!! 😁
Another really great reaction, their songwriting is based on life experience and observations of what’s going on in the world; they can be quite dark and their message serious. Absolutely beautifully done by Dany! ❤
It's fun watching you take this journey through The Warning's music! One of the best lyrics from them is "Come a little closer, tear me apart, like you promised that you would. Life is better when broken, you get just what you think you should". That one hits close to home. Great reaction!
The Warning (Villarreal Sisters):
Daniela (Dany = Danny) Guitar, Lead & Backing vocals, Keyboards
Paulina (Pau = Pow) Drums, Lead & Backing vocals, keyboards
Alejandra (Ale = Aleeh) Bass, Backing vocals, keyboards.
Ale has sang lead on songs River's Soul, Hunter & Red Hands Never Fade at times. Mainly if Dany is ill. But Ale is mainly a backup singer. Maybe one day 🤞 she'll sing lead on a song for her.
Watching them live is literally one the best concert experiences 🤘

Yes Amour is french word for Love.
Stay in this concert and listen to the Drummer actually sing lead in their song called 23..your going to love it!🤘🏻
I believe all fans of The Warning tend to gravitate towards Pau. She's other worldly.
Now you will understand the "favorite song" effect in The Warning: "Your favorite song of The Warning is the last song you hear... always"
The entire Teatro Metropolitan concert is amazing.
I think The Warning is the only band that have songs with lyrics in English, Spanish, French, Japanese, and Binary. All of which are played during this concert.
Songs in Spanish: Narcisista and Martirio
Songs with French: Amour
Songs with Japanese: Queen of the Murder Scene
Songs with Binary: Error
The harmonies at the end are so awesome this is a great song. Pau also sings lead vocals in songs at this show that are a must see Dust to Dust and 23 are a good start. Great reaction we're here for your trip down the rabbit hole it's fun AF.🤘🔥⚡
You are adorable! And you love these girls like l do.
Keep up the Warning!
Try the 2 songs at the MTV VMAs
Great! Nunca me canso de escuchar a The Warning! Nunca me canso de escuchar Amour! Gracias!
haha, I've listened to it over and over ever since I did the reaction video! 😂
You'll love Dust to Dust from this same concert.
You should check out Pau doing radioheads creep piano cover.
The Warning = Alejandra (Ale) 🎸🎤+ Paulina (Pau) 🥁🎤+ Daniela (Dany) 🎤🎸 Villarreal. Three talented Mexican sisters. !!!🎵ole ole ole oleeee Warning Warning🎵¡¡¡. Greetings from Argentina.

The Teatro metropolitan concert is spectacular from start to finish. Keeping rocking on🤟🤟🤟
Pau's best drumming!
I really dig Pau's drumming in this one... The Girl's Got Rhythm!!!

Je t'aime por toujours
I will love you forever
Mon coeur est tien
My heart is yours
Je te deteste amour de ma vie
I hate the love of my life
Je ne mens pas, je t'adore
I am not lying. I adore you
Don't be sorry, it's your channel! Great reaction and keep up your smile!
This is the first time I'm hearing this song. And the name of the song is, "Amour." So it's not surprising that some of the lyrics would be in French.
The Warning RULES!
Great job!!! Check out Dust to Dust live from Teatro Metropolitan next!!!
If you like the drummer, check out "Dust to Dust" from this same concert, you are gonna love it.
The bridge is French and translates to: "I love you forever, My heart is yours, I hate you, Love of my life. I'm not lying, I adore you."
Yeah, the breakdown part was in French. This song was apparently inspired by a scene from the movie Ratatouille. They do have 2 songs that are completely in Spanish called Narcisita and Martirio.. Both are fantastic as well.
Teatro Metropólitan is in Mexico City (CDMX). Any song from this concert is great. Just pick one that looks interesting. You'll love it.
No complaints from me on the way you are doing it now!!!👏😊⚡️
Since the song title is "Amour" (French for love affair) it should've immediately given you a clue that the quiet vocal part was in FRENCH. 😁
Also, if we lived in a non-stupid world, Amour would be a massive world-wide hit.
Oh and yes Danny I will die for you (well maybe not) 😇
Sweetheart...enough "sorry"...it's alright...you can fangirl all you want... I do too!!
Je t'aime pour toujours
Mon coeur est tien
Je te deteste
Amour de ma vie
Je ne mens pas
Je t'adore
🤘⚠️bonita reacción⚠️🤘
23 live teatro metropolitan CDMX by The Warning please 🤘
Great reaction
Locura!!!
I'm sorry but I'm not sorry to say great reaction 😁 keep them coming!
dany said she cried when she was recording this song! there's a short of this on thei channel!
They do have two songs in Spanish, Narcisista and Martirio, both are really good songs, and I don't know a lick of Spanish!!!
You’re just adorable 😂
Love your vibe and attitude
3 "SISTER" FROM MEXICO
Thank you 😊 💓 keep up the good work
It's your reaction show so do whatever you want. Good job.
"Amour" is French for love while in Spanish it's "Amor".
