The best Mobius review and thanks for that. What are you using for distortion? You have greatly helped me to understand the initial complexity of Mobius. I was so impressed with the Deco I had to get Mobius. The Deco turns the Mobius or even any fuzz into a multiple full stack like experience. Big, fat and wide. Set the Deco to flange and run in a 2 amp stereo set up for that back and forth stereo ping pong.
Thanks for this nice démo. Unfortunately you did not show the effect of pré/post on filter effect. In my case no env+ effect at all if the Mobius is in the loop. It took me some time to find it out. I dont know the reason why. Someone has got an Idea? Autowah works well in front of the Amp or in the loop. Strange.
Great demo although as I use phasers and flangers clean most of the time I was disapointed not hearing this. Most other demos are too clean (super sterile tone with modulation) Want something that shows the phaser with a nice warm clean (vox or semi cranked fender) for that Radiohead kinda thing. How is the filter machine for envelope filter duties, all demos I heard are kind thin..
is it possible to select the LSB or the USB on the quadrature on the SSB modulation effect?

I have the Bluesky which has a gazillion reverbs and fun to zone out and play with but in the end you will stick to 4-6 making then $100 bucks a piece. Well I got the Mobius and its the same thing. Problem is that to me the chorus is not the best out there, or the flanger,phaser, trem etc. Not bad but thin and underwhelming to my 80s tattered eardrums. I don't use any trems and 1/2 the others. The good is that its all in one and a almost unlimited palette of tones but tbo 90% you will never use. I would rather buy a dedicated known "best" flanger,phaser etc that are *great* rather than ones that are good. Also individual pedals can be arranged in the chain to get along and work better with ods, distortions than a all in one. Just my $400+ worth.
agree in fact can get a good flanger, phaser, tremolo and reverb pedal for less amount and having separate effects pedals makes life easier if one fails you don't lose the entire board.
I have the Big Sky, Timeline and Mobuis and together they are incredible. Each pedal compliments the other. When I first bought the Mobuis I thought the same thing. That each tone wasn’t as good as a specific pedal would be. I came to find out over time that wasn’t true and only a few pedals were better or just as good. Once I learn how to combine the Mobius with other pedals and dial in the settings I was blown away with how good each modulation was. Watching the Strymon video manuals on how to dial in specific tones and scolll through the presets helped a lot.
Also, don’t forget how god the Vintage Tremolo is. It’s the same exact Tremolo that is in the Strymon Flint and that’s know as the best Tremolo out. The Rotary is amazing -‘s so is the pattern trem. The destroyer is another effect that would cost a ton of money as well as the quadrature. Adding fuzz to those effects makes them sound much bette imo.
