Reflash and tuned depends on your mods. Ang basic na gagawin nila diyan is. Dyno muna for baseline pull diyan makikita ang hp, rev limter, torque air fuel ratio. For example ang bike mo ay naka dna filter, full exhaust. Pagkatapus reflash na nila ang restriction sa ecu gamit ang software gaya ng woolich racing software. Gamit yan dun sila mag a Adjust egnition timing, opening throttle valves depending on rpm, rev limter, air fuel mixture, fuel mapping. Kailangan flat ang air fuel mixture. In all rev. 13.5 afr ang recomended. Then dyno ulit para makita ang hp gains at afr mixture to maximize ang hp gain. Bawat tuning ay dependi po sa mods mo sa bike.

Reflash and tuning ay software base but it all depends on your mods like dna filter, and full exhaust. Woolich racing is one of the best company. Paired with a good dyno at tuner talagang lalakas ang bike.

I have a 2023 falcon 400cc..I have a dead spot in my throttle just off of idle.. can you help me get my ecu flashed to fix this.. my bike is stock..
remapping/ecu flash (FI VEHICLES) = rejettings (carburated vehicles)
Para sa mga pinoy, mas simple at tagalog.
ECU FLASH / POWER COMMANDER = Kelangan pag mag papalit ka ng full exhaust. Pag slip-on muffler lang, hindi kelangan.
ECU FLASH / POWER COMMANDER = inaayos ang takbo ng motor mo. Ang stock kase, merong sinusunod na regulasyon, kaya tulad ng exhaust mo, mahina, dahil para sang ayon sa batas. Pag nag lagay ka ng power commander, o nag pa reflash ka, aausin ung takbo ng motor mo na para ilabas nya ang lahat ng power na naktago doon.
Pag nag palit ka ng full exhaust, naiba ng exhaust ung takbo ng motor mo, so kelangan mo ng reflash o power commander para ibalik sa tama, at ilabas din ung lakas ng motor mo.
PAGKAKAIBA = ECU FLASH = kelangan expert ang gumawa, kasi binabago nito ung computer sa loob ng motor. Sabi nga, kumbaga sa malabong mata, ang ECU FLASH = para kang nag pa laser ng mata. Mas maraming ginagawa sa REFLASH, pero more or less, permanente ito, at hindi na maibabalik sa stock ang motor.
Ang POWER COMMANDER = para kang nag suot lang ng salamin. Kinakabit lang ito sa motor, at pwedeng tanggalin ulet para maibalik sa stock ang motor.
Mas mahirap maglagay ng POWER COMMANDER, dahil maglalagay ka ng additional part sa motor, at kelangan lagyan ng maayos na pwesto, kaya pwedeng tanggalin ung engine, etc. etc. para maipasok ng maayos ang power commander.
*PERO* mas KOMPLIKADO mag REFLASH, kase technical ito, at sa computer ang basihan. Pag hindi marunong ang nag rereflash, pwedeng masira ang motor
Gandang paliwanag mo boss. Boss ask ko lang kasi nakita ko pag palit ng exhaust ni torqkey motovlog tinangal yong catalytic nya pero walang reflash etc. Pwede ba yon? Sa ibang vlog kasi pag muffler lang palitan di kasma yung catalytic. 2 wire lang tinatanggal kung muffler lang palitan yun nakita ko.di ba yun nakaka sira makina kasi kinuha catalytic na walang reflash ect. Depende na din tlga un sa pagka gawa nung full exhaust, dahil minsan di talaga tugma, at maraming backfire, ung pumuputok ung tunog. - Minsan sadya ung ganyan, ung bumubuga tlga ng apoy, pero madalas, hindi yan sadya, at yan ung nakakasira ng makina.
Dito sa pinas, madalas ung palit full exhaust, kahit ung tinatanggal catalytic, tas walang reflash.
Madalas ganon dahil mahal nga ang reflash o bumili ng power commander.
Siyempre kung gusto mo talagang safe ung motor mo, lalo na kung mamahalin na talaga, mas magandang reflash mo.
Kung mejo tipid, pero nakita mong ok naman ang takbo ng motor, edi kahit papano ok na din un siguro, pero siyempre, hindi recommended.

@@danielginoy7303 Pag pinalitan mo na ung full exhaust pati cat delete, pakiramdaman mo ung motor kung ayos ba ang takbo. Nung ginawa ko yon sa CB650, puro backfire ung takbo nung una, pero nung tumagal ng mga isang taon bumawas na ng bumawas.
Ngayon sa ZH2 ko, pinalitan ko lang ng muffler dahil tlgang mahalin na, sayang ung warranty.
Pag pinalitan mo kasi ng full exhaust void na ung warranty ng motor, pati cat delete.
Pero kung papalitan mo lang ung muffler, hindi ma vovoid.
-Depende din to sa manufacturer, pero madalas ganyan ung sitwasyon.
Dagdag konsiderasyon lang kung nagbabalak ka mag mod ng motor mo, lalo na kung bago.

meron mabibili complete set ECU reflash and the software para mag adjust settings. pero kailangan may idea kana about engines talaga at computers para madaling ma intindihan. kailangan mo rin nang dyno kaya magastos wahahah.

ECU FLASHING is all electronic. Nothing is done mechanically. You change the fuel mapping in relation to throttle position. Make sure the AIR FUEL RATIO IS 14.7: 1 or richer meaning less than 14.7: 1. Any mods done to the bike make the air fuel ratio lean (more air less fuel)
Boss naj is pointing the new model of bigbikes like zh2 and zx25r has no specific diagnostic tool yet.
Isa lang moto ko sa buhay wans sumikat ako motovloger matulungan ko mother ko pamilya ko at mga katulad ko nangangarap na maging motovloger at nangangarap na mag karoon ng motor kase ranas ko ang nararamdaman nila sana biyayaan ako ng itaas para makatulong din sa iba katulad nyo idol...

So basically what they're trying to say is that they think that fuel injected bikes have mechanically tunable throttle bodies-- they assume turning screws on a throttle body is the same thing as tuning a carburetor.

Remap is a term for 1 map
Reflash is same as remap but ECUs has multiple maps and settings
So the correct term is Reflash.

just buy power commander will save you a lot of money! but make sure the full system exhaust is genuine beacuse you need to download the dino data from the exhaust company
You actually save more money on an ecu reflash. Downloading maps doesn’t mean its compatible to your motorcycle. i.e. maps made in cold climate countries like US or Europe is not compatible in hot weather countries like Philippines.

Philippines is below sea it helps even more, the air to fuel mixture just perfect! tested in bad motorcycle fueling like ktm duke 790 all ducati's all yamaha mt's and I don't have problem either with euro 5 engine in the Philippines (plus you can do it yourself without signing waver like motorad performance do)
We have tested multiple maps from dynojet on multiple bikes. We also use and tune power commanders even other fuel management platforms like bazzaz and all maps they provide doesn’t meet normal afr values for our country.
@@motoradperformance7743 if you buy a power commander the "software" is included in the box just change the value if it doesn't work( trial in error) I done this in my 2020 bmw s1000rr the fueling is perfect no backfire what so ever I save a lot of money, RSA bmw motor in libis praise about how good the fueling that the plot spot around 5rpm gone and if you roll the throttle on and off is very smooth
What do you mean by plot spot? Anyway, good for you if you tune and base it by feeling but this doesn’t show any actual data. All datas we do are based on dyno and AFR results as those do not lie.

Wag nyo galawin ang ecu
Dpendi po sa performance shop at software na gamit. Gaya ng woolich racing. Stock ecu lang ang gamit. Remove restrictions at remap na.
Kahit reflash yan, ikaw parin mag se set ng rev limiter mo. Kung set mo sa stock 14k rpm hindi mag over rev yan.
How come? We reflashed hundreds of ECUs but not even 1 was damaged because of the reflash. Please don’t spread wrong facts.
