I've been watching a lot of videos on this topic, but your explanation is by far the best. It breaks everything down in a relatable and easy-to-understand way, giving a great glimpse of what to expect, Thanks for helping me prep for my career pursuit in project management. Your videos have been incredibly helpful to me! Thank you so much!!!
In real life at least corporations in CT - daily meetings- meeting mania - PMO thousand of standards none understands - nonsense involving stakeholders, not just with focus and responsibility but because they have a title- hierarchy and “is the way is always going to be” involved everyone - Risks? They want the PM to identify by him/herself with no support from Solution Architect, or IT operations, or Infrastructure teams At least this happens over and over during “so called IT projects”
Thanks for creating this video! I am working on creating tools to support my teams that manage projects but are not experienced project managers and this is critical info to share and the way you present it is very easy to understand.
