How detailed of note taking did you do during the 35 hour Udemy course? Should we just understand the concepts as a baseline and focus more on the tasks after the PMP application is accepted? I'm currently in the middle of it and want to know if I'm wasting my time by focusing too hard on writing down all the information provided.

For some remote team members, online meetings work fine, but with key stakeholders, direct conversations are essential. Each one-on-one meeting adds another piece to the puzzle-crucial for keeping everyone aligned and moving forward together.

7:55 I was in law enforcement for 17 years, just transferred to the private sector, still getting my bearings a little bit. What I can say, is you are a good PM. Efficiency is key.
